On baby gooch they have the best empanadas & they gave me free pineapple juice. Very friendly & would recommend going there.

Came to try the illocos empanada & im so glad it didn't dissapoint. I was worried that it was overhyped but it genuinely tasted good. The inside is meaty & then the cripsy exterior gives a delightful crunch. Its recommended to pair it with the hot vingary sauce--very street style i loved it together. I had some leftover & ate it the following day, but its not the same when it is served fresh. This huge empanada was only 8.50.
Service was nice. We were told it would take some time because they had plenty of orders beforehand & i found it considerate of them to let us know. We also had the sago gulaman & it was good & sweet, but it watered down later on although there was barely ice to begin with. I liked the vibe & the atmosphere but it is quite hot inside though. Next this summer, we'll try their ube ice cream cone.

This place is a gem. Honestly can't wait to go back. I drove from the south shore just to try the empinadas & it did not disappoint. The food is crazy good the pork balls & pork skewers were so good. The service was a 10 on 10. I left with my food & had a bite while in my car & had to do a u turn to go back for there vinegar sauce cuz it is addictive. They were so nice to me they gave me a large cup on the house. I especially appreciate the service from the staff they are super nice . Thanks MARF

I don't live around this area but I decided to go for a long trip to try this place. 100% worth it. The food was amazing. Everything was great & fresh. The staff were really welcoming! They took the time to explain the menu to me! It was really affordable. The empanadas were huuugeee & priced fairly. My friend & I really enjoyed this place. The environment was sooo cozy. 100% recommend

I wanted to share my experience with the Tusok-tusok street food, my friend & I were very excited about this new restaurant! That was Sunday evening & we decided to go out & go to rest.when we were inside there's no other choices available except the fish ball & quick-quik I'm not sure if spelling good. so we tried . & can you imagine for 1 stick fish ball & quik ball 1 with 2 sm drinks. The price was too high & the food was cold. I told my friend so disgusting what we eat. Not suitable to recommend!

Staff were super friendly & accommodating, even offering us drinks as we came on a particularly busy day with a backlog of orders. Got the famous empanadas & they were super yummy, filling & affordable! Will definitely recommend this place to me friends :)

I ordered the empanada & the staff was soo sweet & accommodating to my needs! To top it off, they went above & beyond, their service is impeccable!! You can tell they're caring people, & the food was delicious :D great atmosphere, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Tusok-Tusok has been serving Filipino street food since opening in Montreal, & it's great to see a spot dedicated to the snacks many Filipinos grew up enjoying. It might even be one of the first places in the city to focus almost entirely on authentic Filipino street food, which makes it worth checking out.

The kwek-kwek is a must-order-the batter is crispy & flavorful, especially with the signature sauce. I also highly recommend the grilled intestines (isaw), which are well-grilled & bring back that true street food experience.

The only downside is the pricing. The portions are on the smaller side for what you pay, but considering they're operating out of a large commercial space in Montreal, it's understandable that rent & overhead likely play a role in the cost.

Overall, if you're craving authentic Filipino street food or want to introduce someone to these classic snacks, Tusok-Tusok is definitely worth a visit.

I really enjoyed this spot, especially the ilocos empanadas, I recommend you guys try those! I don't think you can order them anywhere else in Montreal! Skewers were yummy too, I liked the kwek kwek, the fish balls & the kikiam.
