The tonkotsu ramen wasn't salty enough for me at first, but once I added the sauce provided by the server it was great. The noodle is thin which I love, & the chasu was pretty tasty too. I went to the one in bishop & decided to give another try & didn't get disappointed. Still one of the best ramen in the town.View more

Un des meilleurs ramens que j'ai pu manger à Montréal. Le bouillon tonkotsu est riche & savoureux. Les garnitures ajoutent également beaucoup de goût à la soupe. Les takoyaki sont eux aussi délicieux. Manger au bar autour des cuisines rend l'expérience encore plus immersive. L'équipe est agréable.View more

Staff seem a little cold or maybe inexperienced, hard to tell. Food wasn't bad by any means but probably my least favourite ramen I've ever had. Seems more of a pleasing aesthetic rather than quality food or warm service.View more

De passage pour une seule nuit dans le quartier, nous sommes allés par hasard dans ce restaurant. Meilleure idée de l'année! De prime abord, cet établissement ne paye pas de mine, mais c'est sans compter sur la qualité de la cuisine. Les ramens sont à se damner. Un pure délice, une belle surprise & une grande découverte que ce petit restaurant. Il y avait beaucoup de monde sur place & pas mal de commandes à emporter également. Nous avons opté pour la 2nde solution, car je déteste la promiscuité. Les serveuses prennent très rapidement votre commande, sont extrêmement aimables & vous répondent avec le sourire (chose qui nous a énormément manqué depuis notre arrivée au Canada). This cosy ramen house was a perfect choice on a cold, rainy night. We all had the Tonkotsu Ramen, with a creamy pork bone broth. Each of the three of us had a different protein (chicken, pork & tofu respectively). The broth was delicious, the noodles perfectly chewy. Topped with a side of fried gyoza & a pint of Yuzu beer. The food was NOT AS GOOD as I expected.... The Vegan Ramen I got was disappointing: it had half-cooked Ramen, some oversized chunks of Tofu, lots of (too much...) spinach, a few small tomatoes & a single mushroom. Plus, they forgot the egg I ordered... Atmosphere was great & the staff was friendly & quick. But I will try another Ramen place the next time.View more
