"The tonkotsu ramen wasn't salty enough for me at first, but once I added the sauce provided by the server it was great. The noodle is thin which I love, and the chasu was pretty tasty too. I went to the one in bishop and decided to give another try and didn't get disappointed. Still one of the best ramen in the town."
