I literally only had the apple crumble matcha but it was so good I am writing a review for it alone. They put nut butter in there which strangely works perfectly. I inadvertently chugged it on my walk back home.
It's a shame because I really wanted to go there when I walked past. Since I'm vegan, I read the menu carefully. Thinking I ordered a PB & J bowl, they made me a smoothie! When I asked for an explanation, they told me I hadn't specified...
1. Who would call two different items on the same menu the same?
2. If there are two similarly different items on your menu, why not ask the customer which one they want instead of assuming they want the smoothie when they haven't specified.
Then I was also told that there were no more bowls left anyway.
The smoothie was good, but it was the first & last time I'd be tempted by a beautiful facade.
The smoothie was small but very good, the service was also good. The issue I have is with the cleanliness of this place. Your shoes immediately stick to the floor as you walk in, the walls & floor look like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Is this is how dirty they keep their shop in customers eye view I can only imagine how dirty the place is behind the counter. It was gross.
Amazing !!! My fav place for a quick smoothie or healthy snack . Service is always great , friendly staff, & everything I ordered was fresh & well done. Highly recommend both locations

Employé seul , souriante & à l'écoute . Elle était super gentille . Je lui ai demandé de me concevoir à son goût & elle m'a fait un breuvage succulent . Certe je ne sais pas qu'est-ce qu'elle m'a fait mais c'était délicieux
I can't speak on the quality of the smoothies, but I went to get one at 5 PM, expecting them to be open since their listed hours state they close at 6 PM. However, upon arriving, the employee turned us away stating they were closed. If the hours have changed, they should be updated on Maps to avoid confusing or disappointing customers.

Edit: Service is very variable, some employees are great, some are absolutely terrible. The store should make sure to provide proper training on how to treat customers.
OMGGGGGG!!! I ordered today through Uber Eats, it was my first time trying Tropé. I ordered the Gigi smoothie & 2 blueberry🫐 muffins, both are so delicious!! So happy I tried this place & will definitely be ordering again! 🥰🥰🥰
I love my juices, my smoothies, & specially the Halloumi & Tuna toast that Salma so lovingly prepares for me! I 100% recommend this place to all of you healthy folks out there!
It's been 9 months since I've been to Montreal & I still think about this place! Food was fresh. Service was excellent & the vibes were perfect! Can't wait to go back
