Food was very delicious & presented beautifully. The waiter was kind, efficient & helpful. There were two points that need improvement. The old tables & very uncomfortable chairs need replacing. The menu of the day should be in french but also in english for those of us who are learning the language. The waiter helped us but I would have liked to spend more time discovering my options. I felt it was disrespectful.

We spent a night near Montreal on a recent road trip & chose Trattoria Lanni based on great traveler reviews. Charming bistro decor. We opted to eat inside as it was humid the night we dined, but outdoor seating was nice. Our server was amazing (unfortunately we didn't get his name). He took time to explain the menu & was very attentive without hovering. Great selections on the menu & wine list. My husband & I both loved our meals & wine choices (tricolore salade, gnocchi with tomato cream sauce & mushrooms, salmon special, limoncello cake, house Chardonnay) & would order those again & yet there were many other options that we wanted to try. I would definitely return for another wonderful evening at Trattoria Lanni!

Les gnocchis étaient très bon mais j'ai trouvé un cheveu dans la sauce. La pizza était parfaite. Le gâteau au chocolat était succulent. Merci

Incredible Italian food. As close as I can get to my mothers home cooking.
Great Molisana Regional favourites as well. Service from Tonino is always fantastic. One of my favourite restaurants hands down.
