Service exceptionnel & personalisé, service de vestiaire, ambiance chic distinguée & chaleureuse. Nourriture bonne & steak cuit parfaitement mais un peu cher en rapport qualité-prix. My friend & I came here for drinks & something to eat last night & the vibe was honestly amazing. The staff was super welcoming, the energy was fun without being too loud, & everything we ordered was really good. Huge shoutout to Shawn, Alfonso, & Alexia for taking such great care of us - they made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cute spot with good drinks & a great atmosphere!
The food here is amazing, one of the best steakhouses I have been to. The atmosphere was great & so was the staff. Alfonso was an exceptional waiter. He had a great sense of humour & incredible knowledge of the menu. He was able to answer any questions we had & ensured our group was well taken care of. Thank you Alfonso!
We hosted our son's Baptism reception at Towne380 in May 2025. We were roughly 25 guests. My husband & I were extremely pleased with the turnout of our event. The food & service was fantastic. I have nothing but positive feedback. The guests loved the food during the meal & the ambiance at the cocktail hour. The wait staff was quick & attentive. I never had to ask for anything twice. We will definitely be back again in the near future & look forward to planning additional events there. A+++
Expérience fantastique. Nous avons pris le porterhouse coupe Greg; la cuisson saignante était parfaite & la qualité de la viande impeccable autant pour la côte que pour le tartare. Tout était très bon & le service impeccables. On va y retourner bientôt c'est certain.

Our dining experience at Towne380 was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, the ambiance was elegant yet relaxed-perfect for an evening out.
A special thank you to our waiter, Alfonso, who truly made the night exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, & genuine attention to detail were remarkable. Alfonso anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic menu recommendations, & ensured that every course arrived perfectly timed & beautifully presented. His knowledge of the dishes & wine pairings added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal.
The food itself was phenomenal-fresh, flavorful, & artfully prepared. Every bite reflected care & creativity from the kitchen. Combined with our waiter's impeccable service, it created an experience that felt both special & effortless.
Towne380 has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I Highly recommend this restaurant-& if you're lucky, ask for Alfonso!

We had my cousins 30th & uncles 65th birthday party. My dinner was delicious. (lobster ravioli) I don't like mushrooms, so I asked the waiter if the egg roll had mushrooms in it, he said'No' first thing I bite into was a slice of mushroom... I asked him 2nd time if he can check with the chef, he never came back...

Held a private event here on a Sunday & had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Everything was amazing from the attentive staff, the food & the advice given from Mina who helped me coordinate everything. Great portions. The hot & spicy chicken skewers was such a hit with guests
Towne380 has done it again! For the second year in a row, they've hosted our company's summer celebration & managed to raise the bar even higher. From the flawless organization to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything was executed to perfection. The food, drinks, & entertainment were all top-notch, & the team went above & beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.
It's rare to find a venue & staff that can combine professionalism with genuine hospitality so seamlessly, but Towne380 nails it every time. Thank you for making our summer celebrations such a highlight for the whole company! ✨
I want to start by saying that this restaurant offers the best service in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The staff & managers are extremely friendly & thoughtful - they consider every detail to please their customers. I was there for my boyfriend's 25th birthday (Reggie), with a group reservation, & we were greeted in the best possible way. To my great surprise, the menu included a quote that commemorated the occasion perfectly. Alfonso was our waiter, & he went above & beyond - from serving us to taking our group photos.
Honestly, if you're looking for a place to celebrate birthdays, weddings, baptisms, or any other special event, this is the place to do it in Laval! I will be coming back for future occasions! Thank you again!!
