Néanmoins, des réservations mal gérées et des temps d'attente importants, ainsi que des prix parfois jugés élevés ou des accompagnements facturés séparément, viennent ternir l'impression et quelques plats ou desserts ne parviennent pas toujours au même niveau lors d'occasions spéciales. We had my cousins 30th & uncles 65th birthday party. My dinner was delicious. (lobster ravioli) I don't like mushrooms, so I asked the waiter if the egg roll had mushrooms in it, he said'No' first thing I bite into was a slice of mushroom... I asked him 2nd time if he can check with the chef, he never came back...

Held a private event here on a Sunday & had the whole upstairs to ourselves. Everything was amazing from the attentive staff, the food & the advice given from Mina who helped me coordinate everything. Great portions. The hot & spicy chicken skewers was such a hit with guests
Towne380 has done it again! For the second year in a row, they've hosted our company's summer celebration & managed to raise the bar even higher. From the flawless organization to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything was executed to perfection. The food, drinks, & entertainment were all top-notch, & the team went above & beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.
It's rare to find a venue & staff that can combine professionalism with genuine hospitality so seamlessly, but Towne380 nails it every time. Thank you for making our summer celebrations such a highlight for the whole company! ✨
I want to start by saying that this restaurant offers the best service in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The staff & managers are extremely friendly & thoughtful - they consider every detail to please their customers. I was there for my boyfriend's 25th birthday (Reggie), with a group reservation, & we were greeted in the best possible way. To my great surprise, the menu included a quote that commemorated the occasion perfectly. Alfonso was our waiter, & he went above & beyond - from serving us to taking our group photos.
Honestly, if you're looking for a place to celebrate birthdays, weddings, baptisms, or any other special event, this is the place to do it in Laval! I will be coming back for future occasions! Thank you again!!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Our waiters were so warm, kind, & genuinely caring, greeting & leaving us with hugs & kisses on the cheek that made us feel right at home. That kind of hospitality is rare, & it meant so much to all of us 🥰
We were celebrating a surprise engagement for our dear friends, & it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above & beyond to make the night feel extra special, every detail, every interaction, was filled with care!!
The food was absolutely delicious, & the service was top-tier. You can feel the love in the atmosphere, a beautiful mix of elegance & heart!! Still reminiscing about this special & beautiful evening!!

We came here for Mother's Day, & while the service was excellent, the overall dining experience didn't quite match the level of other top steakhouses in Montreal.
Our waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different steak cuts & even plated the food for us when it arrived, which added a nice touch.
To start, we ordered the crab cake, lobster dumplings, Cesar salad & huîtres Rockefeller. The crab cake was unfortunately too salty, & while the other appetizers were fine, none were particularly memorable.
For mains, we had the 32 oz Kansas & 12 oz New York steaks. Both were fine but lacked the depth of flavor & tenderness you'd expect at this price point. The sides included sweet potatoes, lobster mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, & mushrooms. They were rich & comforting, but nothing stood out.
The sauces (réduction de veau au porto & béarnaise à la truffe) were flavorful but didn't elevate the steaks as much as we'd hoped.
Before dessert, our tablecloth had been stained with sauce from our plates, & the waiter kindly covered it with clean cloths, which was a thoughtful gesture. For dessert, we had the chocolate cake,'apple of my pie,' & the T360 cookie. They were good overall, though nothing we'd go back for. The chocolate cake, in particular, was disappointing. It was mushy & far from decadent.
The bill came to around $600, which felt steep for food that didn't quite deliver. It was a pleasant evening with attentive service, but the food didn't quite meet expectations for a special occasion.

It was my first time & foreal I had nothing to say!! The food, atmosphere & service wow.. I had a beef tartare & I can say the chef knows his recipes😍... I recommend if you need something classy, yess $$ but worth it.

Great service & amazing food! Their Caesar salad is the best I've had, & the steak with pepper sauce was cooked to perfection. However, my experience was slightly affected by a reservation issue. Despite booking in advance, the hostess couldn't find my reservation in the system, which led to a 30-minute wait. In the end, she finally realized it had been there all along. Overall, a great spot for dining, but they could improve their reservation management
