Amazing food & amazing service every single visit. This steakhouse is incredibly consistent-I always order the same dish, & the quality never ceases to amaze me. The steak is perfectly cooked, flavorful, & clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service is just as impressive; our server was as attentive as ever without being overbearing, making the entire dining experience smooth & enjoyable. From start to finish, everything was excellent. A place I can always rely on & highly recommend.

Few notes to add: they have a coat check downstairs, bring to tip if you'd like. Their washroom were always exceptionally clean & there is plenty of free parking in the front.

Our dining experience at Towne380 was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, the ambiance was elegant yet relaxed-perfect for an evening out.

A special thank you to our waiter, Alfonso, who truly made the night exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, & genuine attention to detail were remarkable. Alfonso anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic menu recommendations, & ensured that every course arrived perfectly timed & beautifully presented. His knowledge of the dishes & wine pairings added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal.

The food itself was phenomenal-fresh, flavorful, & artfully prepared. Every bite reflected care & creativity from the kitchen. Combined with our waiter's impeccable service, it created an experience that felt both special & effortless.

Towne380 has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I Highly recommend this restaurant-& if you're lucky, ask for Alfonso!

Towne380 has done it again! For the second year in a row, they've hosted our company's summer celebration & managed to raise the bar even higher. From the flawless organization to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, everything was executed to perfection. The food, drinks, & entertainment were all top-notch, & the team went above & beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of.

It's rare to find a venue & staff that can combine professionalism with genuine hospitality so seamlessly, but Towne380 nails it every time. Thank you for making our summer celebrations such a highlight for the whole company! ✨

I want to start by saying that this restaurant offers the best service in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area. The staff & managers are extremely friendly & thoughtful - they consider every detail to please their customers. I was there for my boyfriend's 25th birthday (Reggie), with a group reservation, & we were greeted in the best possible way. To my great surprise, the menu included a quote that commemorated the occasion perfectly. Alfonso was our waiter, & he went above & beyond - from serving us to taking our group photos.

Honestly, if you're looking for a place to celebrate birthdays, weddings, baptisms, or any other special event, this is the place to do it in Laval! I will be coming back for future occasions! Thank you again!!

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Our waiters were so warm, kind, & genuinely caring, greeting & leaving us with hugs & kisses on the cheek that made us feel right at home. That kind of hospitality is rare, & it meant so much to all of us 🥰

We were celebrating a surprise engagement for our dear friends, & it couldn't have been more perfect. The staff went above & beyond to make the night feel extra special, every detail, every interaction, was filled with care!!

The food was absolutely delicious, & the service was top-tier. You can feel the love in the atmosphere, a beautiful mix of elegance & heart!! Still reminiscing about this special & beautiful evening!!

The entire evening was unforgettable, & I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Towne 380, for making such a special night even more magical!

Definitely the best steakhouse ! Amazing service. Very attentive to every detail. All the dishes are colorful & tasting. The portions are very nice considering the quality that is being served. I recommend the restaurant to anyone who enjoys refine, quality food. Will surely return in the future for another great experience!

J'ai eu la chance de souper dans ce restaurant hier avec ma famille & je dois dire que l'expérience était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel, qui était non seulement professionnel, mais aussi très élégant. L'ambiance du restaurant était luxueuse & sophistiquée, ce qui a ajouté une touche spéciale à notre soirée. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse. Chaque plat était un véritable chef-d'oeuvre culinaire, combinant des saveurs uniques & des ingrédients de haute qualité. Les plats étaient préparés avec une grande attention aux détails. Chaque bouchée était un régal pour les papilles. Le service était impeccable. Les serveurs étaient attentifs à nos besoins & étaient prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions. Ils étaient très bien informés sur les plats & les recommandations du chef, ce qui nous a aidés à faire nos choix. Leur professionnalisme & leur courtoisie ont contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Bien que le restaurant soit considéré comme cher, je dois dire que chaque $$$ dépensé en valait la peine. La qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture, l'ambiance luxueuse & le service impeccable en font un endroit où je serais ravi de revenir. OMG...Meilleur steak house à vie. Tout était impeccable. Le service, les entrées, le repas principal, le dessert, le café, le vestiaire...Service attentionné, cuisson parfaite, portions généreuses.
