My friend & I came here for drinks & something to eat last night & the vibe was honestly amazing. The staff was super welcoming, the energy was fun without being too loud, & everything we ordered was really good. Huge shoutout to Shawn, Alfonso, & Alexia for taking such great care of us - they made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cute spot with good drinks & a great atmosphere!

Our dining experience at Towne380 was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we were seated, the ambiance was elegant yet relaxed-perfect for an evening out.
A special thank you to our waiter, Alfonso, who truly made the night exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, & genuine attention to detail were remarkable. Alfonso anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, offered fantastic menu recommendations, & ensured that every course arrived perfectly timed & beautifully presented. His knowledge of the dishes & wine pairings added an extra layer of sophistication to the meal.
The food itself was phenomenal-fresh, flavorful, & artfully prepared. Every bite reflected care & creativity from the kitchen. Combined with our waiter's impeccable service, it created an experience that felt both special & effortless.
Towne380 has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I Highly recommend this restaurant-& if you're lucky, ask for Alfonso!

It was my first time & foreal I had nothing to say!! The food, atmosphere & service wow.. I had a beef tartare & I can say the chef knows his recipes😍... I recommend if you need something classy, yess $$ but worth it.

Definitely the best steakhouse ! Amazing service. Very attentive to every detail. All the dishes are colorful & tasting. The portions are very nice considering the quality that is being served. I recommend the restaurant to anyone who enjoys refine, quality food. Will surely return in the future for another great experience!

This restaurant is Laval's Best kept secret! Our Dinner, the service & ambience was exceptional. We had a pre-anniversary dinner of caesar salad, surf & turf paired with a perfectly recommended wine. Thank you to the staff for a memorable experience. For those of you who haven't attended, why wait till 2025 for the greatest dining experience reserve today you will be very surprised!

food was amazing & delicious. We had our xmas party last night at Towne380 & the food, service, & atmosphere was incredible. I shared the appetizers salmon tartare & calamari since we wanted to try both & it was absolutely delicious. After i have the house green salad which was delicious, the vinaigrette was so light. For the main dish I chose the lobster ravioli & its was cooked perfectly soooo good. For dessert we had the chocolate souffle with ice cream & that was scrumptious & even though we were so full we all kept eating it. It was spot on. Everything was perfect & we had an amazing waiter name Sebastien! He was a blast & refilled our cups, never left us dry lol. I would definitely recommend anyone to go & definitely will bring my family there. They renovated from the last time i was there (upstairs) & its such a cozy environment. We all enjoyed ourselves & told our boss we would love to go back again. He even said we can do lunch there. if you havent gone do go. We were worried with some of the comments on here but i disagree with them. EVERYTHING was perfect!

Disappointed! Was highly recommend & took the time to read the reviews!! We experienced the group menu & had the Lobster ravioli & filet mignon... Ravioli were hard & tasted like tomato sauce... As for the filet mignon, we had asked medium cook & it had a burned taste! Bottom line, very disappointed. For the price not sure we will return to experience the A la Carte. But, I must add that the service was excellent!! At least!!!

J'ai eu la chance de souper dans ce restaurant hier avec ma famille & je dois dire que l'expérience était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel, qui était non seulement professionnel, mais aussi très élégant. L'ambiance du restaurant était luxueuse & sophistiquée, ce qui a ajouté une touche spéciale à notre soirée. La nourriture était absolument délicieuse. Chaque plat était un véritable chef-d'oeuvre culinaire, combinant des saveurs uniques & des ingrédients de haute qualité. Les plats étaient préparés avec une grande attention aux détails. Chaque bouchée était un régal pour les papilles. Le service était impeccable. Les serveurs étaient attentifs à nos besoins & étaient prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions. Ils étaient très bien informés sur les plats & les recommandations du chef, ce qui nous a aidés à faire nos choix. Leur professionnalisme & leur courtoisie ont contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable. Bien que le restaurant soit considéré comme cher, je dois dire que chaque $$$ dépensé en valait la peine. La qualité exceptionnelle de la nourriture, l'ambiance luxueuse & le service impeccable en font un endroit où je serais ravi de revenir. Si vous recherchez une expérience culinaire inoubliable, je vous recommande vivement de visiter ce restaurant. En résumé, ma visite dans ce restaurant a été une expérience extraordinaire. La combinaison de la nourriture délicieuse, du service élégant & de l'ambiance luxueuse a fait de cette soirée un moment mémorable pour moi & ma famille. Je suis reconnaissant d'avoir pu vivre cette expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle.

Honnêtement c'est un des meilleurs restaurants en ville pour les steaks, la viande est de qualité & la présentation est incroyable. Je recommande le Tartare de saumon qui est hyper délicieux. De plus le staff est hyper attentif aux besoins des clients. 100%, officiellement dans mes tops 10 des restaurants. Le service client est au top & c'est ça qui fait la différence des autres restaurants 💯 !

Première fois & sûrement pas la dernière ! L'endroit est charmant & bien agencé. J'y étais dimanche dernier pour l'anniversaire de mon frère & le service était impeccable; l'amabilité & l'attention de Sébastien durant tout le repas étaient au top, la nourriture était succulente. Mille mercis ! Je recommanderais forcément autour de moi. 🥰😍

Je viens de souper au Town380 & c'était fantastique. Le service de notre serveur Johnny était exceptionnel, il était attentif & vraiment à l'écoute. Il travaille au Town380 depuis plus de 10 ans & cela se voit. La nourriture était "wow" également remarquable. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. Un incontournable I just had dinner at Town380 & it was fantastic. The service from our waiter Johnny was exceptional - he was attentive & really listened to us. He has been working at Town380 for over 10 years & it shows. The food was also "wow", truly remarkable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We always have a great experience when we go to Towne 380. The owners & managers are always so present, the staff is so well trained, polite & professional. We recently had an event, the food was delicious, the service was wonderful & the whole vibe was amazing. Highly recommend.
