But one negative thing.
Came time to pay the bill & I'm not that good with French but i can work with broken english very well. So when you leave me the receipt. I get the amount in cash. Get ready to leave & hand you the amount plus tip. Then no no I made a mistake. Okay tell me & well work together. But don't keep telling me I'm wrong when i just recounted it infront of you Cash. Then finaly I correct what you are saying with'you mean someone made a error on the receipt!' Yes. Okay what do i owe? More. Okay fine. My company is waiting on me lets wrap this up.

Reservation for 9pm. Waited until 930 to get seated. I hope they fix that in the future. The steak was a little bit over cooked although still delicious l. Anthony the waiter save the night with his hospitality. But waiting for 30 minutes was disappointing
Manager at the door a bit rude. Asked to keep my coat because I am usually cold in restaurants. Answer rudely that he will not have coat in the restaurant because there's a lot of people wish I understand if explained nicely. Waiter was nice & polite.
Malheureusement nous avons été très déçu, la nourriture n'a vraiment pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les prix sont exorbitants, la qualité & le goût ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Mauvaise expérience.
Assurément le meilleur steakhouse de Laval. Le service est de qualité & la nourriture est génial. Leur entrecôte est fantastique & j'ai vraiment été impressionné par la qualité du tartare que j'ai pris en entrée. Cet endroit vaut le détour.
Worst food ever! I'm never going back there again. It's very disappointing this used to be one of my favorite restaurants to eat some really fancy & amazing food. The Kansas suggested by the waiter was very dry & basically tasted really bad. I always had the best service with the waiters on previous experiences. I am very sad to say that this was my last time in Towne 380.
Food was okay nothing crazy. service was so so. The thing that got me was the fact that I made a reservation more than a week in advance under for a birthday for 2 & got seated right beside the kitchen if it was any other day or I was just a walk in I understand but I put my reservation marked for birthday & being seated right next to the kitchen was wrong & disrespectful. I was very disappointed

Amazing food & amazing service every single visit. This steakhouse is incredibly consistent-I always order the same dish, & the quality never ceases to amaze me. The steak is perfectly cooked, flavorful, & clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The service is just as impressive; our server was as attentive as ever without being overbearing, making the entire dining experience smooth & enjoyable. From start to finish, everything was excellent. A place I can always rely on & highly recommend.
Few notes to add: they have a coat check downstairs, bring to tip if you'd like. Their washroom were always exceptionally clean & there is plenty of free parking in the front.

My friend & I came here for drinks & something to eat last night & the vibe was honestly amazing. The staff was super welcoming, the energy was fun without being too loud, & everything we ordered was really good. Huge shoutout to Shawn, Alfonso, & Alexia for taking such great care of us - they made the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a cute spot with good drinks & a great atmosphere!
The food here is amazing, one of the best steakhouses I have been to. The atmosphere was great & so was the staff. Alfonso was an exceptional waiter. He had a great sense of humour & incredible knowledge of the menu. He was able to answer any questions we had & ensured our group was well taken care of. Thank you Alfonso!
We hosted our son's Baptism reception at Towne380 in May 2025. We were roughly 25 guests. My husband & I were extremely pleased with the turnout of our event. The food & service was fantastic. I have nothing but positive feedback. The guests loved the food during the meal & the ambiance at the cocktail hour. The wait staff was quick & attentive. I never had to ask for anything twice. We will definitely be back again in the near future & look forward to planning additional events there. A+++
Expérience fantastique. Nous avons pris le porterhouse coupe Greg; la cuisson saignante était parfaite & la qualité de la viande impeccable autant pour la côte que pour le tartare. Tout était très bon & le service impeccables. On va y retourner bientôt c'est certain.
