How fortunate we are to have such a quality café in the area. I don't say this lightly - this is the best coffee I, & you, will ever have! Better than anywhere in Montreal (& I love places like Olimpico & other Montreal classics), but Tompol is simply on another level.
My go-to is the cortado - perfectly balanced, smooth, & deeply satisfying. I've only just scratched the surface of their baked goods & food offerings, but everything I've tried so far has been exceptional. I look forward to discovering more each visit.
Their wine selection is equally impressive - all private imports, including gems like Provenche & Pigeon Hill. These bottles aren't just rare finds; they represent the best of what Canada & Quebec have to offer in wine (take note, SAQ).

One of my go-to spots for coffee & snacks! I love their sandwiches & croissants-always fresh & delicious. The owner is incredibly kind, & the café has such a great vibe. I could go there any time, any day!

Tompol is our little hidden jewel in the heart of St. Lazare. The best coffee my wife & I have ever had, fresh pastries made daily, & a beautiful atmosphere. Great place to bring the kids as well. Our favourite spot in town!
My daughter & I stopped here en route from Ottawa as we were headed to Trudeau airport & didn't want to wind up in traffic for our lunch in Dorval. What luck! First of all as oat milk is my preference it's the first time anyone has asked if oat milk is ok for me! Well yes! It was a pretty garden atmosphere! I had a Flat White coffee served in one of a kind china. My daughter had iced coffee. We then had a cucumber salad with tzatziki & dill & fresh sour cream or yogurt. We had a. Gnocchi dish to die for with feta & dill garnish. Our tomato sandwich could have had maybe some salt & mayonnaise but the baked bread was golden. Our server was proud of their food & didn't charge for a second flat white because it was my birthday. The strawberry shortcake had fresh shortbread & strawberries in homemade whipped cream with pumpkin seeds. Holy!!!

Excellent coffee for espresso lovers & beautiful pastries! Highly recommend for travelers! Cute things to buy in their store too. FYI up-charge for to-go cup lids & cow milk, but we knew this before we went & were fine with it!
Lovely charming & cozy cafe in St Lazare. Definitely worth checking out for their delicious coffees & the food menu. They seem to have a huge wine selection which I must return to explore. Perfect spot to catch up with a friend, eat brunch with family, a date or just to go work. Their grocery selection is good too - love how they work with local businesses & you will find lots of local produce from around the area.
Awesome coffee shop! Cozy, welcoming atmosphere complete with dog, art & music. Amazing pastries, sandwiches, coffee & other hot beverages. Great little store offering local produce, ciders, beers etc.

What a beautiful, authentic, & so special place with amazing staff - good people. Coffee was wow. & the selection of local natural wines & ciders is amazing. I fell in love with this place from the first sight!
Discovered today this cute little coffee shop in St-Lazare on this rainy day Saturday tourist drive. It is a transformed house into a coffee shop. Very cool old school vibe & the coffee was amazing! ☕? ☔?
Great little coffee shop with excellent quality coffee. Also really appreciate their setup for younger kids to entertain themselves with toys while adults eat. I go back almost weekly with my toddle
