The restaurant itself is very beautiful & the servers were also great. Unfortunately breakfast was a bit disappointing. I ordered a truffle omelette & the omelette was quite flat & dry, not at all fluffy how you expect an omelette to be. The coffee was also not the best. It is a convenient location if you are already in the Old Port area but I would say don't expect 5 star food.View more

Had a weekend breakfast here - the food was fantastic, the vibe was on point - casual, great music.. this is like your favourite neighbourhood place to meet. A sense where people come in & meet old friends, lots of regulars, & really good food. Most importantly, the coffee was good (how I decide if I will come back to a breakfast place). The food & the breakfast coffees/teas were to die for at Tommy Cafe! We waited about 5 minutes for a seat; the turnover time was incredible & efficient. Food was scrumptious, but my sisters said their tea & coffee were unbelievable! It's a tight space, but incredibly cozy & comfortable. Team members were so great & fast. Had satuarday morning brunch in Sept in this little Cafe in old Montreal, apparently part of a chain of cafes in Montreal, this particular one was very busy with great upbeat ambience & lot of plants all around & good energetic background music that reminds me of Tony Robbins events, We ordered the Truffle Benedict, which is a egg benedict with truffle hollandaise sauce,, & Emma, which is a grilled cheese with tomato soup, We also ordered 2 Lucky Tommy Latte, which had lucky charm cheerios in them, & I thoroughly enjoyed it ( it's basically like having breakfast cereal with whipped cream & coffee at the same time, extremely efficient lol) A negative is that the food takes really long time to come out when they are busy, so if you are in a hurry this might not be a good choice for you. Will definitely recommend if you are staying in Old Montreal for brunch, it would start your day in a great way👍View more

You won't find a better cafe in Montreal. Friendly, quirky, & comfortable. The food menu looks amazing. We came for coffee & ended up with some of the best coffee anywhere in the city. They had mimosas & croissants to boot, & we stayed longer than anticipated. Great vibe, a new place on our Montréal circuit.View more
