It is full all the time. But no need to wait! Plenty of space! They advised we can only choose from sandwiches & pastries. The portion was big. Food presentation was beyond expectations! I ordered Pax sandwich. The mix of tastes & quality was amazing! I had their Latte Lavender which was very zen! I loved it. I already sent photos to my friends encouraging them to go 😜
Always a quality café. Jack is super enthusiastic & personable. Customer service has taken a hit throughout the last few years so it was really refreshing to have him as a waiter.
Overall, a positive experience but the quality of almond croissant can be improved. The place looks amazing with the decor & all.
The service was quick but the quality of the food was mediocre
The vibes & service aside, which both were great & standard to the tommy chain, the food is disappointing to say the least. I went here a year ago during the winter when it first opened, & the quality DRASTICALLY decreased. Even when we compare it to the location in downtown & old port, it falls short by a lot. To put it into context: the eggs for the avocado toast were clearly not poached, it was boiled. & if that was poached then clearly they don't know the definition of that. the potatoes were so bland, felt like scraps. the salad greens were not fresh & crispy & it was dry. they weren't that generous with their avocado. the toast (burnt) & sausage they used was clearly from costco. like honestly it was nothing that i couldn't do at home. the matcha was basically straight up milk unfortunately. i know what tommy cafe is capable of so i was surprised & disappointed at this location. like obviously it was edible but if ur paying that much, not worth it.
This Tommy Café is a must visit whenever you're looking for a food spot in RoyalMount! the atmosphere is nice & the staff are very friendly & attentive. The food was cooked to perfection & the quality was amazing. Not sure what I expected when I arrived but whatever it was, this place fully exceeded them!
