I ordered the'Violet' pancakes on Sunday morning without knowing what the dish was meant to look like. I carried the plate upstairs & started searching for a sign of purple but didn't find any. Later that day I was still thinking about my mysterious breakfast & found the actual dish on Instagram. Both the server who took my order & the one who handed me the dish were very sweet, but one of them could have at told me that they were out of ube because now I feel kind of silly, & also I would've rather not have paid $20 for this.

Nothing against the staff, I'm sure they were doing their best to manage things on a weekend morning, & they probably found out they were out of some ingredients after they took my order. My main criticism is that I'm not sure it makes sense to offer such a large menu at such a busy space with just counter service - management might want to reconsider & tighten things up a bit on their end.

The rest of my group were decently satisfied with their orders, but mostly we enjoyed the proximity to Gare Centrale. I might come back in the future, but maybe just for a coffee or a sandwich.

I've been to this place 2-3 times, & each time the door was already closed & we weren't allowed in. It was around 7:30-7:40 PM, even though the posted hours say they're open until 8:00 PM. That was really disappointing because the place looks very nice & I was looking forward to trying it.

Encontramos o café TOMMY aqui em Montreal e a Rafaela nos encantou desde o início, nos ofereceu o que há de melhor na casa, deu várias opções incríveis e conseguimos tomar um super café da manha! Me senti acolhida já que somos brasileiros e ela tb, aqui tem um croissant 🥐 que é o melhor da vida! O cappuccino com aquela espuma Jesus é à vista? Amei amamos!

Terrible coffee, poor service, dirty facility. Used to the other Tommy locations. Not sure if this one is in some way different that makes it much worse.
