We were here for Tommy Café, such a cute spot! It has two floors with plenty of space, which makes it really comfortable to hang out. The coffee was good & came out quickly, & the service was great as well. I also loved the playlists they were playing. Overall, a really nice place to visit!
I had a really positive experience at TOMMY's Café. I ordered a hot chocolate & a croissant sandwich. Everything looked fresh & beautifully presented.
After taking a few bites of the salad, I realized that the sandwich contained meat, which I hadn't intended to order. It was my mistake for not checking more carefully when placing my order. I went back to confirm with the employee, & she kindly let me know that it did contain meat. I returned to my seat feeling a bit disappointed with myself for not paying closer attention.
A little while later, the staff member who had served me (Gabrielle) noticed I hadn't eaten the sandwich. She came over, kindly asked if I don't eat meat, & immediately offered to replace it with something I could eat, despite it not being her fault at all.
That small gesture truly made my day. It showed genuine care & attentiveness, & it turned what could have been a disappointing moment into something really meaningful.
It's rare to come across that level of kindness & customer service. I truly appreciated the experience & would definitely recommend this café for its outstanding service.
They close the main seating area early without warning & then there's no space to sit & finish your drink/food. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed the upstairs, & they provided no warning as I was checking out. Avoid this cafe if you intend to sit with your food/beverage.

I've been several times to this location.
Their drip coffee early in the morning is better; their afternoon one is burnt, disgusting & therefore not worth your money.
Their Cappuccino is really good if you like a lot of milk. If not your best option is a Cortado which has the same two espresso shots but less milk & I believe is cheaper.
The vibe of the place is nice, nice decoration, great playlists but service is not the greatest. The staff takes a lot of time preparing orders & what is disappointing is to see that whats slows them is the fact they are chitchatting in Portuguese…if you are in a rush maybe considering going elsewhere.
Nice café! They didn't have bagel with cream cheese, but the latte was good & the croissant was fresh. Recently I went there again & the lavender latte was well made, though a bit too sweet for my taste. The framboise cookie was also tasty.
Great place to check it out when visiting Montreal! Gabriel & Wallace were just so sweet, & helpful! I had a great time meeting my friend there! Would love to come back in the summer, & check it out again! I bought beans & a hoodie too!

Tommy Café is a really cute. Loved the vibe. We went there for breakfast & had a good experience. A bit pricey place, but the atmosphere was nice & cozy, & the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant spot to start the day. All for $75.
