I've been to this place 2-3 times, & each time the door was already closed & we weren't allowed in. It was around 7:30-7:40 PM, even though the posted hours say they're open until 8:00 PM. That was really disappointing because the place looks very nice & I was looking forward to trying it.
Encontramos o café TOMMY aqui em Montreal e a Rafaela nos encantou desde o início, nos ofereceu o que há de melhor na casa, deu várias opções incríveis e conseguimos tomar um super café da manha! Me senti acolhida já que somos brasileiros e ela tb, aqui tem um croissant 🥐 que é o melhor da vida! O cappuccino com aquela espuma Jesus é à vista? Amei amamos!
Terrible coffee, poor service, dirty facility. Used to the other Tommy locations. Not sure if this one is in some way different that makes it much worse.

Excellente expérience chez Tommy Café !
L'emplacement est génial, en plein centre-ville de Montréal, tout près du Ring. Le café est magnifique : l'ambiance est chaleureuse, la décoration soignée & très accueillante. Le service est également rapide & efficace. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique. N'étant pas certain de quoi commander, j'ai reçu d'excellents conseils qui m'ont aidé à faire mon choix. Mention spéciale au chef Wallace, qui m'a préparé un délicieux LOX accompagné d'un smoothie aux petits fruits. C'était un véritable coup de coeur dès la première bouchée ! Le plat était généreux, frais & parfaitement équilibré.
Really liked the ambiance inside the cafe, quite cozy. I believe there was an upstairs floor to study & chill so I might try that next time. I got an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup to go. It was well balanced in sweetness.
Service was fast & the staff there were very friendly & helpful.
Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, & the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. Overall, poor quality & not worth the money. I would not recommend this place.
Pour les personnes intolerantes au lactose, attention! Si vous commandez une boisson avec un lait sans lactose, ca sera fait avec du lait classique 0%.
Heureusement que j'ai changé mon'lait sans lactose' pour du lait de macadam en dernière minute. D'ailleurs, la barista a gentiment fait ma boisson avec le lait macadam en me disant'ok, mais logiquement c'est un supplément'. A priori, dire qu'ils ne proposent pas de lait sans lactose était également en supplément.
Bref, allez ailleurs. Vous aurez un meilleur service.
Tommy Cafe has not missed at any location I've been to before this one, but this one just might be my favourite! They have made fantastic use of the space with seating on the ground & upper floor laid out in a comfortable way. The coffee is fantastic, as are the treats. I haven't had any meals here yet but they look dope. Service was wonderful as well as another plus. They keep the cafe clean & functional even with the high volume.
