Where should I start?
No service, first of all.
Took over 45 mins to get my sandwich. Not exaggerating. Ordered at 11:30 & got our sandwiches at 12:10pm but had to obviously give them both back on the spot.
There was the fruit sticker on both my friend's & my sandwich on the tomatoes which is absolutely ridiculous. What are we doing here guys?
I asked for no bacon on both & there was bacon.
& all of this is btw PAID IN ADVANCE before even receiving any of the food we ordered.
We love going to the one at Fairview & the one in Royal mount but this one is absolutely garbage. I wish I can give -5 stars.
After seeing the man trying to remove things from the sandwich behind the counter with his hands & taking another 20 mins, I went to see the cashier & asked for my money back, & she was nice & apologized but I realized that it wasn't the right amount after I left the place. I just wanted to leave to be honest the place is a mess.

Finally, a cute little coffee shop in Laval with a really nice vibe. Not necessarily a full breakfast place, but perfect for good coffee & a small snack or dessert.
Been there maybe three times , the coffee is mid nothing super special & it was 8,50 for a regular latte with cold foam which is super overpriced its cheaper at starbucks at this point
way better out there
Finally got to try Tommy café. The interior is pleasant. Quite spacious relative to previous restaurant. But, as for the coffee, a bit weak & bland because my cortado wasn't a cortado. &, the almond croissant/pastry, well was quite, days old. This was brought up to the counter, where the owner proceeded to take it apart with his fingers. Exchanged it for a regular croissant, price difference was not returned. No apologies either. It's a shame in ways. No hard feelings though. Wishing them continued success because the neighborhood needed a spot like this.
The staff is very nice.
Prices are high.
The latte was not hot enough, the chicken sandwich was barely warm.
I had to keep my jacket on because it was cold inside. Other people had their jackets on as well.
I spent over $60 dollars between my boyfriend & me, & we were allowed to use their wifi for only 2 hours.

Its a beautiful Café! Love the decor & staff was so friendly! The coffee was delicious as was the sandwich/salad plate i had. I would definitely recommend this place & I cannot wait to go back.
The cafe was only about a quarter full, yet it took over 40 minutes for the two of us to receive our meals, which were quite simple & arrived looking rushed. Meanwhile, there were four staff members behind the counter chatting most of the time instead of helping the lone cook. There also seemed to be some confusion with orders being brought to the wrong tables.
That said, the space is beautiful & the place clearly has a lot of potential. I really hope these early kinks get smoothed out, as it could be a great spot.
We've been to other locations & everything was always good there but we had a really bad experience at this location. Half of my plate was not edible, I ordered scrambled eggs, potatoes, & bacon. The potatoes were unevenly cooked, half of them were overcooked & half of them were undercooked. I ordered scrambled eggs & they served me a cut up omelette. It was dry & spongey, I couldn't eat it. The only edible thing on the plate was the salad & the bread. It took forever to get my plate & the food was cold when I got it. The coffee is good but I would think twice about getting breakfast here.
