We stayed at the Hampton Hilton Montreal Downtown for 4 nights recently. We ate at the Tiramisu restaurant three times while there. The food was delicious each time & the staff were fabulous. They went over & above to make sure the food addressed my celiac but also other food intolerances. They cooked everything in a clean pan so cross contamination didn't happen. I had chicken, potatoes & a huge green salad. I had no issues on any of those visits & would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone with food allergies. Oh, & I even got a nice email from the executive chef Julien! What service!!!
I will most definitely be back!View more
Amazing service. Had the classico pozza & the tiramisu, both very good. The only thing is our foccacia was a little burnt & therefore tasted like burnt so I wouldn't recommend the foccacia. But overall great atmosphere & the server we had was excellent ☺?View more
Went there to celebrate a birthday with around 6 other people. We were all well greeted & treated. Seeing as the weather is unforgiving & cold, we were all thrilled to find out there was a place to leave our coats & boots right at the front of the store. Upon asking for our table, we were immediately able to get directed towards it & were instantly seated. The staff were very understanding of the different requirements we felt we needed. If you want them to sing for a birthday, just ask them! They'll gladly do it &, although we didn't ask for it, it was fun seeing the people who did have a lot of fun & joy in their faces. The food was wow. I didn't know what to expect because that fusion wasn't one I had heard of beforehand but jeez Louise was this splendid. The pizza I had was very tasty & nourishing. Almost didn't have room for my dessert!
Overall an amazing experience!! 10/10 would recommend!View more
5 STAR FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIANT. BEST BRUNCH IN MTL! STRONGLY RECOMMEND VISITING :) YUMMYYYView more
My husband & I went for New Year's Eve. We sat at the bar. The bartender/waiter was great. We ordered the special menu, all the plates were great, the mamma mortadella pizza was fantastic. The only plate we didn't enjoy was the tiramisu dessert, I'm Italian & that was NOT tiramisu… other than that everything else was great & would definitely recommend :)View more
Pros : -Nice ambiance created (lighting, mirrors & trees) with good music. -Reasonably priced for such place. -The classic tiramisu tastes good & is light, I encourage to try it. Cons : -The service was very slow: after arrival, we waited 30 mins to order food, then 30 mins to receive the appetizers, then 1h30 & 2 follow-ups to receive the pizza (while the other tables around us arrived after but got served before us). Because they forgot our order (they ignored us & didn't communicate about it), they offered us the tiramisu & a drink. -The TARTARE SUSHI ARANCINI appetizer & MAMMA MORTADELLA pizza were blend. They are original & bold, but lack of flavour. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant even if the service was decent. Extra notes: After over an hour of waiting for the pizza, & seeing clients that arrived after us being served, we asked a waiter to check for our order. He looked at us doubtful & said « I don't think you've been waiting for an hour, I'll check at what time you placed the order ». This person never came back. A few minutes later, our waiter came & lied that the making of pizza was taking more time than usual. We showed him tables around us eating their pizza, & he then acknowledged that there was a mistake during, asked us to wait 5 mores minutes. 15 minutes later, we finally received the pizza.View more
Loved my experience! The restaurant is very pretty & very wide. The food was tasty & the portions were okay. Really recommend for a night out.View more
service was horrible we had a reservation & came on-time & they told us we would have to wait 5-10 mins for the table but to our surprise we waited 30 mins... on top of that our waiter that said would take care of us never came to check on us nor asked if the food was fine. i had to call him every time & he would PURPOSELY ignore eye contact & pretend he did not see me took me 10 mins to get him or other waiters to notice us, & when he finally came he would come w a nasty attitude no smile whatsoever. if that wasn't bad enough, the people that came after us had their food served already but they took 45 mins to serve us our food only when i asked if it was coming yet, the restaurant was not even busy. 2 of our family members literally walked out to buy pastries because it took so long... not even the appetizer was served in 45 mins, it was ridiculous! this was a very disappointing visit would definitely NOT come again & would NOT recommend to our peers. food was mid too & the only nice part was the interior of the restaurant.View more
Absolutely AMAZING. Can't recommend this place enough!View more
I had the Poché O Niku & the french toast for brunch & the poché was delicious, the presentation was gorgeous & it was very savoury. However, the french toast was a little too greasy for my (& my friends') taste as it seemed like it was a deep fried peace of toast. Despite it being so oily, it was delicious on the first few bites. I definitely recommend to share it with someone else though. The service was amazing, our waters were always refilled promptly, the order came quick & overall we really enjoyed our brunch. Definitely recommend!View more
I recently dined at this cozy restaurant, & I was impressed by the warm ambiance & the attentive waitress, CHARLOTTE ! She's the best. She provided my friend & I with exceptional & friendly service ! The food arrived promptly, & it was absolutely delicious! The combination of great service, quick food service, & a cozy atmosphere made my dining experience truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a delightful meal in a welcoming environment. I'll come back for sure. Thanks again Charlotte. 10/10!!View more
Amazed by this place especially because of the great service I had ! I want to give a special thanks to our bartender Arthur despite it being a little busy he always made time to assist us with every demand we had. Great ambiance, great food just be careful the drinks will leave you wanting more...better prepare your wallet ! Highly recommend this place.View more
I went there to get some brunch my friend & I wasn't a big fan of the food. The decor was nice but the food left me unimpressed. I've also gone back for a second try with my boyfriend & the food wasn't all that great the time as well. Other than the typical coffee it's not a place I'd highly recommend. I wasn't impressedView more
My experience at Tiramisu was okay, I went for supper & I got a burrata entree, margharita pizza & the pasta picante. The burrata was very good, the rest was good too, but it wasn't wow. The service was good, but we got sat at a table that wasn't stable & it kept moving while we were eating which was very annoying. Also, we were in a narrow ally & many people passed behind my chair so I wasn't very comfortable. The food came out quickly which is nice. Overall it was okay, not wow I would recommend to try it out.View more
Awesome place! Super friendly staff! Pizza was awesome & cocktails also! Highly recommend!View more
I had a nice time at Tiramisu. Highly recommend the Mamma Mortadella pizza! It was my favorite dish. The pasta is average & I don't think it's worth the price. We liked the tiramisu. I wish it had more coffee but I still recommend! Our server was fast & kind but the hostess took a while to greet us. The atmosphere is a 5 star! It's perfect for a date night. Our reservation was at 5pm & it was pretty empty. It started to get full at around 6pm.View more
Really chic vibe, with a very interesting menu. While my dish - O Niku - was delicious & I highly recommend, & the Wolfgang Pizza seemed great, the pasta was over cooked, gummy & lacked flavour. On top of that, service was slow, they forgot a drink order, & though we ordered the fresh OJ on the menu, what we received was bottled concentrate - we questioned it once the bill arrived as we noticed it was cheaper than menu price, & that's when they informed us. It would have been nice to mention this when we ordered.View more
A must try restaurant. Overall the experience I had at Tiramisu restaurant is a five star. The food/service is great as they always greet us with a smile & the drinks are a must try. The portions are reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this place!!View more
I’ve never given 5 stars for every category of criteria on Google before but this restaurant really deserves it. Everything about this establishment is great. From the food to the service & the atmosphere. Let’s start with the food, the il classico pizza is fantastic, the branzino my wife had was very, very good according to her & the tiramisu dessert was one of the best we’ve ever tasted. Originally, I didn’t think I would enjoy the tiramisu because it contains some Japanese whiskey but it wasn’t even detectable after the first bite. My wife is Italian & we’ve lived in Italy for 15 years & my favorite dessert is tiramisu & I’ve always compared the tiramisu in restaurants to hers & this was just as good if not even slightly better. The pizza too was like you get in Naples, Italy, so very good. We’re here in Montreal for 3 nights & we will definitely be going back to Tiramisu (restaurant) again. Can highly recommend this place. Oh, as for the service, Melissa was great. Very attentive to our needs & very friendly. Everything 5 stars. Don’t hesitate in going to Tiramisu!View more
Had a great time last night, Amelie was a very great waitress. We met the manager Massimo who was a great host & very helpful , we will definitely be back .
Would definitely recommend the calamar entrée & we loved the tartufo pastaView more
Very cute restaurant however a little disappointing. Cocktails were good but the food was mid at best. The melanzane (eggplant) dish was flavourless. The pasta & pizza both came cold. Was okay but I'm not sure I'd recommend.View more
my second time over there..first time for brunch was great.. this time for diner it was wack.. my salad was watery.. drinks also..it was supposed to be a latino & afro night.. but the dj was playing nothing but old school hip hop it's good too but it's not what i was there for.. over rated place.. i don't recommend
First time here. Each of us really loved our dishes! Service superb & lovely ambiance. Highly recommend! Will definitely go again!
Went to this restaurant for my birthday party. Everything was great. The food was delicious, the portions are big, very friendly & attentive staff, nice atmosphere. Would recommend this place to go
The service was incredible. We were served by Mykael & Victory. Plus, the food was amazing. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone who is in Montreal. Laughter is brightest where food is best!
Went with a friend for dinner - absolutely beautiful decor with moody lighting. Was attended to quickly for drinks, appetizer & main course. Didn't wait too long for the food, refills of water, or the bill. As for the food, really tasty! I got the ragu pasta & my friend got the prosciutto pizza. Would recommend & go again. My only complaint is that the food could have been a tad warmer.
Excellent service, food & ambiance. Our waiter was very attentive & pleasant, I highly recommend this restaurant.
My experience at Tiramisu turned out to be perfect!
I mean under normal circumstances I feel like my family & I were just had a very unlucky night, but the manager, Andy, made our experience very special.
I'll explain...
First we had made our reservations online for 3pm, but when we arrived the hostess kindly told us there must have been a mistake because the kitchen closes at 3pm & reopens at 5pm. It was a little inconvenient, but it actually turned out really well because we got to do a little extra sight-seeing & it made my Mother's birthday extra special:) When we came back at 5pm, a new hostess seated us at one of the booths at the back (I would strongly recommend sitting over there because the ambience is absolutely amazing!!! The restaurant has a beautiful vintage (70s-vibe) decor which we could really appreciate from that section.
So, as an appetizer we ordered the beef tartare & grilled octopus. My family was amazed by the texture of the octopus, & the tomato confit was spot-on, but honestly my favourite was the beef tartare!!! I mean the tartare was accompanied with these delicious deep-fried ginger-flavoured rice balls with fior di latte cheese inside & topped with a miso aioli! When I say they were amazing, I mean they were absolutely a-m-a-z-i-n-g. They really captured the Japanese-Italian fusion! I would have bought the dish again just for the the rice balls🙂
For our main course we ended up ordering one al ragu, one al tartufe & one piccante. I was the one who ordered the al ragu, but unfortunately I just didn't like it...I found the sauce was too watery, I would have liked to it is purred & topped with meat chunks because sauce was too liquids & I found the taste a little bland. But I understand it is probably just a personal preference. What I really appreciated was when Andy saw our table he was very accommodating & genuinely nice about the whole situation. He kindly asked me what I wanted instead, & the al tartufe was everything I wasn't in a pasta...it was creamy, well-seasoned & very flavourful:) I couldn't have need more pleased!
Finally, for dessert we really wanted to get the tiramisu (I mean how can you not get tiramisu at tiramisu) but unfortunately the waiter told us they ran out of tiramisu...the irony was the highlight of our night-but it really made it special. Instead they put a sparkler on tiramisu ice-cream & gave us some shots for my Mother's birthday! All of our experiences at Tiramisu made our night unforgettable (in a good way) & I think we will be back soon!!:)
Issues arise in any restaurant, but it's the way the staff deals with them...that's what makes the restaurant really good. The staff at Tiramisu were really friendly, & super accommodating. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, it was an unforgettable night & one that really made my Mother's Day special. Thank you so much, we appreciate everything:)

Food was very underwhelming, service was slow, lots of mistake took 30 mins for the waitress figure out the bills & make us pay ... wouldn't recommend
Loved everything from the food to the drinks! The service & decor was also on point. Will definitely recommend & go back
