Went there to celebrate a birthday with around 6 other people. We were all well greeted & treated. Seeing as the weather is unforgiving & cold, we were all thrilled to find out there was a place to leave our coats & boots right at the front of the store. Upon asking for our table, we were immediately able to get directed towards it & were instantly seated. The staff were very understanding of the different requirements we felt we needed. If you want them to sing for a birthday, just ask them! They'll gladly do it &, although we didn't ask for it, it was fun seeing the people who did have a lot of fun & joy in their faces. The food was wow. I didn't know what to expect because that fusion wasn't one I had heard of beforehand but jeez Louise was this splendid. The pizza I had was very tasty & nourishing. Almost didn't have room for my dessert!

Malheureusement, l'expérience n'était pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. La pâte à pizza était trop lourde, ce qui la rendait difficile à apprécier. De plus, le service laissait à désirer : le serveur n'était pas aimable & semblait négligent. Cela a vraiment impacté l'ambiance du repas. La seule chose positive était le mocktail, qui était bien préparé & savoureux. Dommage, car j'en attendais mieux.View more

Service is great. Friendly but not too much. Efficient & always there when you need something. What stood out was the food. The branzino was amazing & so were the pasta, the tuna tataki & carpaccio we had. I was somewhat reluctant to see Italian with a Japanese twist but the chef really knows what he's doing. You can taste the quality & freshness of the ingredients. Two thumbs up. Cocktails were good. The wine list is not very long but our waiter found something that paired well with our dishes. Despite going there on a busy Friday night, the noise level was pretty low. You can have a conversation without raising your voice. Would I go back? Yes. In a heartbeat. I had previously tried their pizza. It's really good too. Perfect for a quick bite.View more

My husband & I went for New Year's Eve. We sat at the bar. The bartender/waiter was great. We ordered the special menu, all the plates were great, the mamma mortadella pizza was fantastic. The only plate we didn't enjoy was the tiramisu dessert, I'm Italian & that was NOT tiramisu… other than that everything else was great & would definitely recommend :)View more

This is one of my favourite Italian restaurant & is surprising considering that it is a fusion restaurant with also Japanese cuisine. Pizza is one of the best I had in the city, dough, ingredients & portion, all at a really good price. Pasta also seemed like a safe choice, the Caesar salad had a great sauce & just slightly grilled enough to give it a tasty smoky flavour, meal finished with the tiramisu that you can't miss.View more

Overall a very nice experience, good food & service. The mushroom truffle pizza was exceptional & the beef carpaccio was delicious. Very interesting fusion of flavours which worked perfectly except in the caccio e pepe. Unfortunately the sauce felt clumpy & the miso didn't add to it. Highchair available for baby, but do note there is no children's menu.View more

L'expérience que notre groupe (6 personnes) a eu au Tiramisu est plus que décevante. Le service n'a pas été à la hauteur & le personnel était vraiment mal à l'aise/ignorant face à la situation. Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 19h30, notre commande a été prise à 20h. À 20h30 nous avons reçu nos entrées, puis ... plus rien. Arrivé à 21h20 nous avons interpellé des membres du personnel pour leur demander si l'on allait bientôt être servi car cela faisait quand même presque 1h30 que l'on attendait notre plat principal (1 plat de pâtes & 4 pizzas ...) depuis la prise de commande. Un serveur, qui n'était pas de notre section est venu nous voir, relativement arrogant, en nous faisant comprendre que l'on exagérait sur le temps d'attente, qu'il allait regarder à quelle heure notre commande a été envoyée en cuisine puis nous revenir. Autant vous dire qu'il n'est jamais revenu quand il a compris que c'était bel & bien une erreur de leur part. Le serveur de notre section est donc venu nous voir, s'est excusé timidement en nous mentant (car il nous a dit que c'était plus long en cuisine qu'à l'habitude). Nous lui avons alors fait remarquer que l'ensemble du restaurant avait été servi, sauf notre table. Il a fini par admettre que c'était leur équipe qui avait fauté. Il nous a proposé des desserts gratuits. On lui a dit qu'on réfléchirait au geste commercial que l'on souhaitait. Finalement, nos plats sont arrivés vers 21h40. Nous avons finalement quitté le restaurant à 23h! & non pas parce que l'on passait du bon temps à chiller entre amis, mais bien parce que le service était long! En vous passant le reste des détails de ce service médiocre, nous avons finalement obtenu un geste de leur part : ils nous ont offert les entrées & les desserts. Au niveau de la cuisine, rien d'exceptionnel. Des prix élevés par rapport à la qualité des boissons/entrées/plats. Ce n'est ni mauvais, ni bon. C'est banal. Le seul point positif, c'est l'ambiance du restaurant! Je ne recommande pas cette place.View more

Pros : -Nice ambiance created (lighting, mirrors & trees) with good music. -Reasonably priced for such place. -The classic tiramisu tastes good & is light, I encourage to try it. Cons : -The service was very slow: after arrival, we waited 30 mins to order food, then 30 mins to receive the appetizers, then 1h30 & 2 follow-ups to receive the pizza (while the other tables around us arrived after but got served before us). Because they forgot our order (they ignored us & didn't communicate about it), they offered us the tiramisu & a drink. -The TARTARE SUSHI ARANCINI appetizer & MAMMA MORTADELLA pizza were blend. They are original & bold, but lack of flavour. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant even if the service was decent. Extra notes: After over an hour of waiting for the pizza, & seeing clients that arrived after us being served, we asked a waiter to check for our order. He looked at us doubtful & said « I don't think you've been waiting for an hour, I'll check at what time you placed the order ». This person never came back. A few minutes later, our waiter came & lied that the making of pizza was taking more time than usual. We showed him tables around us eating their pizza, & he then acknowledged that there was a mistake during, asked us to wait 5 mores minutes. 15 minutes later, we finally received the pizza.View more

The atmosphere & interior of the place was great! Food was a hit or miss, loved the cauliflower karaage. The service was quite slow, maybe understaffed. Not worth the price. 3 things disappointed greatly: - Ramen Pizza had no ramen nor tasted like it - The normal tiramisu was only decent, when it is the name of the restaurant! We ordered cocktails, the cacio e pepe pasta, & the boeuf & shishito pizza. All were absolutely delicious. The restaurant is beautiful & convenient location. We were though very disappointed with the service. It took 20+ minutes to get drinks, we were rarely checked up on & at one point our server disappeared completely & another started somewhat looking after our table. We were here for my girlfriend's birthday, & I saw some tiramisu's come out to tables with a sparkler, so I made a note to our server that we were celebrating a birthday also. Eventually a tiramisu came to our table without request, which was nice, but no sparkler. & then it was charged to our bill, even though we didn't actually order any dessert. No "happy birthday", no "thank you for coming", no "how was everything", nothing. Just given the bill after waiting 30 minutes at an empty table, & finally having to request it from yet another server, without a word spoken to us. We flew here from BC & I felt it was a disappointing way to celebrate my partner. Such a mix of emotions. The food was so good but we left sad.View more

Very nice place in the Chinese neighborhood. We went for lunch, so the menu was limited but it was really enjoyable nonetheless. Dishes were very good & a great quantity, it is really worth the trip ! I recommand the Cacio e pepe (so good) but the pizzas looked amazing also ! The Tiramisu latte was SO GOOD but maybe a bit small for the ratio of cream to coffee, so maybe take the dessert instead of the latte !View more

I ordered a Classico pizza, the Tartare sushi, & a Caesar salad. The pizza had no flavor like a can of sauce was used with cheap cheese, the salad was very small for the price & ingredients, & the Tartare sushi was like a mozzarella stick with rice very odd. The service is great, & the food being so exquisite certainly helps. We tried a variety of plates & everything was top notch. Their tiramisu is actually quite perfect, sufficiently airy/light & moist/creamy at the same time - recommended. The pizzas are done well with good thin bread - quasi-Napoli style. The pepperoni pizza was a little saltier than the others. Overall, they have a focused menu & they do it well! A tad on the expensive side but worth it for a good evening meal. Surroundings aren't great, & the ambient music was a bit loud, but overall good.View more

J'ai opté pour la pizza margherita & elle était tout simplement délicieuse, avec sa sauce tomate maison & sa mozzarella fondante.
