C'est moi le client sur vous avez convaincu de s'installer au Québec ce matin,
Arigato le thé est vraiment délicieux tout en profondeur & je suis très satisfait de la kyusu. Vous aviez raison 3 infusions on a tient un goût similaire. Si vous souhaitez comme moi découvrir des thés japonais de très bonne qualité, n'hésitez pas si vous voulez de bons conseils & du coup des bons thés :)

Excellente qualité de thés! J'allais acheter mon thé sur place quand j'habitais Montreal mais suis maintenant à l'extérieur & commande toujours! Merci pour l'excellent service!

Des thés de qualité à profusion, avec des mélanges originaux comme par exemple le toffee de Taïwan. Également de belles théières japonaises.

Thés Guru is a lovely store that carries an exceptional collection of high quality teas. The tea master is incredibly knowledgeable & offers expert advice to clients. The tea accessories are carefully selected & are very beautiful to purchase.
All that said, however, I think the concept is missing a very vital aspect of tea which is: hospitality. The staff & servers are quite abrupt, occasionally rude, inattentive to clients, are often found in the back & it takes them a long time to recognize there are customers & come to the front to serve them. They do not have the expertise to make a proper tea or a matcha latte, as every time the drinks & tea taste different (no consistency whatsoever). They often seem unhappy & greet customers with frowns & tired expressions that makes one question whether they are being paid or treated properly at their job. Moreover, they are always rushing customers to leave at least 30 minutes before closing time. In short, you do not feel welcomed, which goes against tea culture. They certainly do not promote their products nor the culture of tea. I have been to Thés Guru repeatedly but have always been disappointed by the service. I think it really needs improvement & the owner must really decide whether their concept is just to sell tea or to promote a tea culture for people to enjoy & experience. I think focusing on the latter would set them apart from other tea rooms in the city & can really elevate their business. Best of luck & hope to see improvements.

C'est une belle découverte à Montréal. Le menu contient une grande diversité de thés ainsi que de boissons au matcha. Les serveuses sont sympathiques & le service est rapide. J'ai pris une glace râpée au matcha yame & j'ai été agréablement surprise!! C'était très goûteux & rafraîchissant pour une journée chaude. Je recommande l'endroit

Des connaisseurs hors du commun de tous les thés, tisane & matcha ... etc. Tu leurs dit tes symptômes & ils savent exactement se que vous devez boires pour éliminer tous symptômes. Demandez pour le propriétaire ou sa femme, je vous le dit, vous allez les aimer & comprendre ce que j'essaie de vous expliquer. Ils sont charmants, des grands connaisseurs de thés & leurs tisanes & à l'écoute de vous! Donnez-moi votre Avis. Michele
