The Keg Steakhouse + Bar a ouvert les portes de son premier restaurant à Vancouver en 1971. Ayant pris de l’expansion au Canada et aux États-Unis depuis ses débuts, il compte maintenant plus de 100 adresses. Bien que son nom et son décor aient changé au fil des décennies, l’expérience gastronomique est restée la même à ce jour. My favorite Keg to date! My friend has a mushroom intolerance & not only did the waitress ensure that this was passed onto the chefs, two managers came to check-in with us & re-assure us on the avoidance of cross contamination. It was truly impressive! The food was also cooked to perfection from our drinks (margaritas, espresso martini, Caesar), appetizers of roasted cauliflower & mains. Will definitely return, even for a drink in their bar/lounge section which has a very nice ambiance & vibe too.Voir plus

Réserved & arrived 15 minutes earlier got sitted directly. New York peppercorn & sirloin with seafood & a bottle of wine except around 220$. I do recommend this keg! I parked 5 minutes walking since no parking around there.Voir plus

What an amazing place in old montreal. We went there since their place in downtown was close. Loved everything about this place - inside & outside. The area has an awesome vibe. So does the restaurant itself. Food was awesome, service was great, ambiance was perfect. Would love to go back someday. I visited The Keg for the first time ever one weekday evening & I was greeted by friendly front of house staff who got us seated at a table within a few minutes. Our table waiter was pleasant & took time to go through the menu with me. After deciding on our dishes there was a fair bit of wait time between the appetizer & the main, there seem to have been a shortage of workers on the floor. The blackened chicken was terribly salty (I am sure it would have had good flavour if it wasn't for the amount of salt used) The BBQ ribs was not that flavourful either, but the mashed potato, fries, was good. The corn biscuit was too hard but has a decent flavour to it. The Atmoshere was dimly lit which was nice, but even though it wasn't noisy, the sounds of dinnerware breaking (more than once) was enough to ruin the ambiance. The location is nice, but for the price & quality of the food I personally would not be eager to visit again.Voir plus
