I visit this Keg quite frequently whether it's with family or friends. I am focusing on rating the average of my experiences in all fairness, but unfortunately my most recent one was pretty disappointing due to the poor service. The food has been consistently incredible, there's no doubt about that. I highly recommend either the Filet Mignon for the ultimate experience, or for a more cost effective experience the New York Striploin would be an excellent option as well. In large groups, we seem to get quite a variance in terms of the cookage (i.e. undercooked/overcooked with respect to what we ordered), but the quality is always there. As a side, the twice baked potato is by far the best option. The ambiance is quite nice as well in terms of lighting, environment, seating, decoration, etc. Definitely appropriate for most occasions. The service however has been gradually declining for a while. Our latest experience was quite dreadful as we waited at least a half hour over the time we had reserved, & very long between subsequent stages (ordering food & time between meals, etc). The whole night ended up taking nearly 4 hours & it became exhausting. There was also negligible service in terms of feedback or tailoring to any need whatsoever (something as simple as getting water or missing utensils, etc), it was really the bare minimum as if the waiter did not want to be there whatsoever. Honestly if this had been my only experience, I would never go back. However I hope this was a one-time thing & will be remedied in future visits. Certainly not what you would expect from a restaurant of this much prestige. Overall, the food was worth it, but consistency across the board is very important in order to earn a 5 star review, & the service is just not up to par with usual Keg standards.View more

Malgré une réservation nous avons dû attendre 25 minutes pour avoir une table. Lorsque que je réserve je m'attends à ce que ma table soit réservée. Nous étions une trentaine de personnes qui avaient réservé & qui ont dû attendre. Ils est claire que le restaurant fait plus de réservation que sa capacité à accueillir convenablement ses clients. Nice restaurant for 5@7 or weekend night out. Like the ambiance vibes with comfortable seating. Reservation is recommended on weekends & Fridays nights. In general the food is very good. I sometimes just order a bunch of entrees. The service is quite good.View more

Très ordinaire pour un restaurant de cette gamme. Je prends la peine de réservé 3 semaines d'avance, pour souligner un événement important, pour 2 personne à la salle à manger. Nous avons tout de même dû attendre 30 minutes avant de nous amener à notre place....Mais le pire c'est qu'on nous sacre dans le lounge en nous disant que ce sont les seules places que nous avons!!!! Pour un repas en haut de 200$ assis sur des tables basses un à côté de l'autre je vais repasser mon tour la prochaine fois!!!View more
