Good pricing & I went there multiple times because I like Indian food. But, every time the I visited here, the vegetables/meat of curries were not fresh. & that is the dealbreaker. Re to owner: I tried it again, & it is not more than 2 stars. Glad you like movies, I bet you would love to rate your own restaurant too.

Have tried several item from their menu, & can say the chana samsoa is the best! The service is fast & most menu items are cost effective. The place is busy during dinner time so there can be small line.
Every time I visit, I notice a Gujarati student from Concordia University who is excellent at communicating with us. He puts a lot of heart into his work. Overall, the food is very tasty!
I went to school with the 2 brothers.
After eating there today, after almost 30 years, for the first time.
With 2 other friends from school also.
My mind was racing. I ran into a very talented lawyer, who lives maybe a block away, who enjoyed the food there too.
After tasting the food, I remembered how a bunch of people had mentioned back in the day the 2 boys mom cooked very good food.
I remembered that lawyer saying the same.
Imagine? After tasting the food, I remembered all the stuff people told me about!
That's how much I enjoyed it.
I wish I had gone sooner.
Honestly, I'm a big guy. For the price
(& I was hungry) it's alot of food.
I ate around 2, it's 8pm now. I'm still full.
Definitely value for your money.
IMO very tasty.

Possibly the best samosas I've enjoyed in Montreal. Good value for money, food was informally good & fresh. Definitely not the prettiest place, so do takeout if it's date night, but great for a quick bite.
the place is extremely homie. it makes you feel like you can just relax your mind & eat. there's not a lot of places that i'd be comfortable dining in alone, but this is one. food portions are generous & the taste is very good.
Too bad the place is looking so worn. Super busy place, fabulous food, with generous portions. The crew was friendly & professional & kept the service rolling - great job staff. Recommend.
The prices are so affordable, beyond what what I've excepted for the good quality & taste this restaurant provided us.
