Best food I have had in years, no exaggeration. Not pictured in my photo is that a warm naan was placed on my plate right after this photo was taken. I will definitely be back, & I have told my friends about how incredible the food is here.
Best cheap Indian food in downtown Montreal & typically quick service too!
If you want quick Indian , went there 4 times. The value is unbeatable. For $15-17 you get a huge plate with rice, lentil soup, naan, & three curries & meal is filling. The butter chicken was really good & the bread too was fresh. Actually the food was consistent all the time. The place needs to be more cleaned, but still 4 stars.
The food is quick & yummy in a nice looking joint
Friendly staff are a given at locally owned places like this, but it's still nice to see
Great place to stop for a quickly prepared meal! I always get the meat or veggie thali.
Family owned vibe, the restaurant as a good flow of custumers. I ordered a vegetarian Thali & was really satisfied with my meal. Service was quick & friendly, the pretty cashier was fun to talk to. My friend ordered lamb & buttered chicken & really enjoyed his meal too. One of the best place to go for a value wise indian restaurant in Montreal💪
Been coming here for many years. Consistently very tasty, affordable, quick Indian food. Staff is friendly & efficient :)
Thali is one of my favorite Indian places for a quick meal. The food is always ready, all you have to do is choose what you want. This is a family owned restaurant, the flavours are authentic & feel like it was home made. The only issue is the consistency, the food can taste slightly different from time to time depends on who is the chef on that day.
It is very cheap compared to other places in Montreal, for 15$ you can get a big plate with rice, lentil soup, naan, & 3 curries of your choice. My go to are the butter chicken & the palak paneer.
A flavour of India!! Loved their food. You'll get roti, nan, samosa, chicken curry, lamb curry, paneer, fuchka, snacks, what not!! Quality & quantity both are good. Good for a takeaway/ dine in, they are super quick in food delivery.
Got a vegetarian thali to share with my girlfriend. Lots of food, definitely worth the price. It's buffet style so quick service but you can't make any adjustments to the food. But food is very tasty as is. Atmosphere is okay. For a quick tasty cheap meal I'd come again.
