Mon restaurant préféré à Montréal!! Le menu est simple, mais super bien exécuté. Les ingrédients sont frais & super savoureux. Les meilleurs falafels de la ville, sans exagération. En hiver je mange dedans, mais les pitas sont super pratique pour faire un petit pique nique au parc à côté :)

i was super excited to try this place given the lovely reviews. as a food lover & enthusiast for mediterranean food, unfortunately, this did not hit the spot. the pita was yummy, but the chicken was dry & flavorless. the spicy like sauce with the fries was delicious though. the decor inside with the trailing pothos is lovely & very friendly service. the food just fell flat for me.
This place deserves so much love. I got a Shawarma Pita & it was 🤌🤌🤌. The pickled chillies with the Mango sauce was amazing. Would definitely recommend.
If you're into Mediterranean food, this is the spot! They claim to have the best falafel in Montreal-& it's true 😁.
I also loved the kebab. The ingredients were super fresh, the staff were friendly, & the freshly baked bread was amazing. Probably the best & freshest pitas I've had in Montreal.

The lemonade they recommended was good-nice & sour-but a bit too sweet for our taste 😅.
TESFA is a true gem in the neighborhood. The small 15-seater unassuming restaurant serves excellent falafels & a variety of sandwiches for both meat lovers & vegetarians alike.
The falafels are truly fantastic; crunchy on the outside with a soft fluffy interior that almost crumbles. The salad is vibrant, fresh, zingy, & surprisingly filling. The falafels & the pita chips offer the perfect textural contrast.
The staff are very welcoming & humble, & it is wonderful to see them operate seemlessly in such a clean & well-organized kitchen.
All in all, I highly enjoyed my experience with TESFA & will be coming back for everything else that they have to offer.

One of the best restaurants in all the Plateau! The food is consistently delicious & the staff is super warm & welcoming. Honestly the best pita wraps I've had. Highly recommend!
Une superbe découverte ! Ce restaurant est une véritable pépite. Les plats sont savoureux! Du houmous & falafels aux pitas parfaitement assaisonnées, tout était un régal. L'accueil est chaleureux, le service attentionné & l'ambiance conviviale. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Really yummy! & kid friendly. We ordered the falafel entree for the kids & added a pita & sweet potato fries & it was a perfect meal for the little ones! The Sabich I ordered was one of the best I've ever had! Highly recommend!
Hidden gem on Papineau/Mont-Royal! This is a MUST try. I already tried the falafel & the chicken pita. The taste is out of this world ! The spices are magical! Tesfu, the owner is very nice & have great taste in music! Give these magical pita's a try & you'll be addicted!
Casual spot for incredibly delicious pitas, falafel, shawarma, etc.. i highly recommend the falafel pita, & the sweet potato fries were great as well. 5 stars for service too! Must go in Montreal
A great Mediteranean/Eastern African restaurant ! On Plateau Mont-Royal, lowkey but well located. The taste was above the exceptations, I would suggest the kebab Pita has authentic flavour. I've had a great experience, that includes the service, genuinely nice coming from their staff. The spot is well maintaines & decorated. The vibe is very relax, no rush to leave your table or order more. You can also take out, I have ordered online & it was well packaged, warm & as fresh as when you dine-in. Give it a try !!
