Angelo makes my family & I feel like home! Their crispy calamari,lokaniko, meatloaves pizza, chicken fillets, horiatiki salata, desserts, etc. excites us to often dine at this gem of a restaurant! Let's not forget how peaceful the atmosphere is; especially when you sit on their Mile-End terrace surrounded by lit candles, flowers, blue & white tablecloths 🇬🇷, Greek music playing & more… BYOB is a plus too! Thanks for sharing your heart & delicious food!

Amazing food & service! I came here with my family, we ordered the sharing platters & it was fantastic. One of the most beautiful terraces in Montreal; it is quiet & peaceful & has a real Greek-feel. The staff were very welcoming & charming &, most importantly, the food was delicious, classic, & well-made. Sincerely recommend this restaurant for those who live in Montreal or are visiting!!!!

We visited Terrace Thanos as a group of three & had an excellent experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, & welcoming throughout the evening. The food was delicious, & considering the quality & portion sizes, the prices were more than fair.

We started with the calamari appetizer, which was perfectly cooked & absolutely delicious. For my main course, I had the rib steak cooked medium rare, & it was done to perfection. The potatoes were excellent, & I especially loved the dressing on the house salad. My friend ordered the chicken breast filet plate & couldn't stop talking about how tender & flavorful the chicken was. My girlfriend had the pork chops plate & loved it as well. The pork chops were incredibly tender & cooked just right.

To finish the meal, we shared the homemade Greek galaktoboureko. As someone who loves this dessert, I can honestly say it was a perfect 10/10. It was so good that I went back for seconds! Overall, a fantastic dining experience with great food, generous portions, & exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back & highly recommend Terrace Thanos to anyone looking for authentic Greek cuisine in Montreal.

This restaurant is a gem!! BYOW, Friendly & cozy. We enjoyed the terrace! Appetizers were amazing we took the calamari & octopus were delicious! All the platters are generous with rice salad & patatoes. I definitely recommend this restaurant!!

Not impressed at all. I remember this location when it was called Lafayette. Now it's changed very much. Terrace is the only thing that's appealing. The service is very very slow. My pizza was not to my liking. I think they put cinnamon in the pizza sauce. There was an off taste to it.

My family goes to Terrace Thanos everytime we're back in Montreal. The food is amazing & we're treated like a family. Terrace Thanos'is a must'! restaurant experience for everyone.

The bad: Even though the restaurant was empty inside (only busy on the terrace), the service was really not great. We had to ask to get our water refill, & it took a good 10min until they came back with the water. The server was almost never present, so most of the meal our glasses of water were empty. It also took a really long time to receive the main dish & for a table of 2 we didn't receive it at the same time. So one of us was almost done with their plate before the other received it. (It would have been cold if we had to wait for both plates to arrive) I understand it can happen for a big group of people, but a table of 2 & not sending the dishes at the same time is really not great. The pork souvlaki was good, but the chicken souvlaki inside the pita was really dry. Also, I don't suggest paying the extra 7 $ to get the greek salad instead of the house salad. The only difference between both was 3 olives, 3 little pieces of cheese, & one pepper. I would say it's probably more worth it if you choose the Ceasars or horiatiki salad instead of the greek. The good: the fried calamari was a bit chewy but overall good. the rice & potatoes were good, but the salad that is included with the main dishes comes as a starter before everything else. So if you like to eat your salad with the rest of your main dish, you can't. The great: the terrace is really pretty & calm, so the atmosphere is great during summer.
