Visiting some family for the weekend & had the best bar service of my life here! Annabelle was fantastic & super attentive, I definitely felt at home here. Everyone was super friendly & the cocktail selection was amazing; I highly recommend the Coco Bongo.

It's on the rooftop of the hotel, to get in you need to take the elevator & then walk up a couple of flights of stairs.
Amazing place to have a sunset chill, the ambiance was perfect, staff was friendly & attentive, drinks also were good. Highly recommendable. Definetly i will visit again.
Trust me, come at sunset for the views. The drinks & service were good, but the view over the Old Port is what really makes this spot worth it. Perfect place to stop for a drink before heading to dinner.

Nous avons souhaité redonner une chance à ce restaurant que nous avions visité il y a environ trois mois. Notre première expérience avait été particulièrement décevante : 20 minutes d'attente pour recevoir nos cocktails, qui sont finalement arrivés en même temps que les entrées, puis 1 heure supplémentaire avant d'être servis. Le serveur avait tout simplement oublié d'envoyer la suite de notre commande en cuisine. Certes, le dessert nous avait été offert, mais cela n'a pas suffi à compenser cette mauvaise expérience.
De plus, au lieu d'assumer son erreur, le serveur avait préféré incriminer la cuisine - alors que nous l'avions vu courir vers la machine pour envoyer la commande oubliée.
En espérant que cette première fois n'était qu'un accident, nous avons retenté l'expérience samedi dernier. Malheureusement, rien n'a changé ! Même serveurs, mêmes lenteurs, même manque de professionnalisme. Attendre dix minutes la note pendant que le serveur plaisante au bar avec sa collègue n'est pas acceptable, surtout quand les plats ont été une fois encore oubliés.
Autre point regrettable : l'ascenseur était en panne, & nous étions accompagnés d'une personne à mobilité réduite. Bien que la personne à l'accueil ait informé l'équipe à l'étage, personne ne nous a prévenus avant que nous descendions les cinq étages à pied.
Une vraie déception ! Les serveuses, quant à elles, semblent faire de leur mieux pour compenser l'attitude nonchalante de certains collègues. Quel dommage, car la cuisine est bonne & le cadre très agréable.
Terrace is well appointed. Great view. Lovely sunny day. But the service was terribly slow. Took 25 minutes to obtain first drink. Almost 20 minutes to get the bill after finishing meal. Food was good but not exceptional.
Nicholas was a great host at the bar on Wednesday night & gave us plenty of recommendations for the night life near by. The entire staff was awesome & really made us feel welcomed. Would certainly come back.
