Amazing atmosphere here & fun drinks. Had a bit of a hard time finding how to get to it. Go inside the hotel & not up the stairs outside. Other than that amazing experience & highly recommended during winter months. It was not busy when we visited on a Thursday night
Our server, Alex, was absolutely fantastic-knowledgeable about the menu, gave excellent recommendations, & made sure our glasses were never empty. The thoughtful service made the meal stand out.

Laurie Anne was incredible! She helped our company event run smoothly from start to finish & made sure everyone had a great time. Her attention to detail, friendly attitude, & top-notch service made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
Food was mediocre. I got a Cesar salad with chicken, it wasn't bad but wasn't good, truffle fries were very mid as well. My friend got a boeuf tartare & it tasted weird, had no flavour at all.
Service was bad, it took the waitress 10 minutes to arrive at the table & my friend didn't barely touch her tartare & the waitress saw & didn't ask anything, same for her drink. She wanted a bellini they said they couldn't do it & finally she received a mimosa with passion fruit, again, not what she ordered.
I just found service very inattentive. Also we waited to get seated (even tho we had a reservation) & the hostesses almost sat another group before us, even tho we were there waiting, since they said they were just checking if the table was ready.
Anyways, I wouldn't recommend! Expensive, not worth the hype!
Belvu is such a vibe. Pornstar martini is to die for & paired with the lamb chops… heavenly. Shoutout to Antoine for making our experience even better, I will be sure to recommend Belvu as the ideal summer Terrace!!!
We did a group event yesterday on the terrasse & had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was perfect & the event manager Emilie was incredibly prepared, welcoming & attentive to details. Highly recommended!!

I had the pleasure to be assisted by Vanessa & Laurie-Anne, amazing service. Very nice girls & dynamic personalities. I would recommend them to anyone for their next visit there.
La terrasse est très belle, en plein coeur du centre-ville. Nous avons pris des cocktails qui étaient classiques mais super bons. J'ai particulièrement aimé le service du serveur, Jeressi, professionnel & attentionné. Je recommande! :)

Superbe lieu où passer un bon moment entre ami.e.s. La nourriture est délicieuse (les frites à la truffe & le sandwich au poulet sont malades !!!!). La décoration offre un cadre d'exception, de jour comme de nuit, en plein coeur de Montréal. Un grand bravo pour cette terrasse, je la recommande à 100%.
I arrived for my reservation at 1:15 PM & was seated at a great table with a beautiful view - perfect for enjoying the weather. We waited for the last guest to arrive at 1:40 PM & placed our drink order immediately. Unfortunately, the drinks didn't arrive until 2:30 PM. For a table of three, a nearly one-hour wait for drinks was disappointing.
On a positive note, the food arrived quicker than the drinks & was delicious. I highly recommend the lamb or the burger-both were flavorful & satisfying. The chicken bowl we ordered as a starter was also excellent. However, the sweet potato fries were not fresh, which was a letdown.
Overall, I'd rate the experience 3.5 out of 5. If you're visiting on a sunny day, I suggest requesting a shaded table or one with a working umbrella, as the heat can become quite uncomfortable. The vibe was elevated by great house music, which gave off a Tulum-like atmosphere.

Mon mari & moi sommes allés dîner aujourd'hui! La nourriture & les vins...DÉLICIEUX!!! L'atmosphère est chaleureuse! Melissa & Théo sont des êtres magnifiques!!! Nous recommandons ce restaurant fortement!!!
Terrasse Belvu at the Marriott is truly one of the best spots in downtown Montreal! The ambiance is perfect, with great music that complements the relaxing atmosphere. The octopus salad is a standout dish - an absolute must-try, bursting with flavor & perfectly prepared. The salmon sashimi was also delicious & incredibly fresh, & the Caesar salad was a delightful addition. The staff are not only friendly but also attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a special night out, Terrasse Belvu is highly recommended for its exceptional food & inviting setting! Highly recommended.
Great spot for drinks & bites! Jeremy was our waiter & took great care of us. He was quick & friendly. The music was really good too. I recommend the truffle fries. They were delicious!
