I had an extremely disappointing experience with this merchant. After being directed by Uber support to contact them regarding a cancelled order, I was met with unprofessional & dismissive behaviour. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was spoken to rudely & given no meaningful assistance. The manager refused to share his name & kept insisting that he had started making the food when the cancellation came through, provided inconsistent statements, & raised his voice.
If this is how customers are treated when trying to resolve a simple issue, it raises serious concerns about their standards of service. I would strongly caution others before ordering. I now understand the terrible Google reviews

Ananda & the rest of the staff will take care of your palate with an assortment of tasty & perfectly balanced spice! A perfect place to warm your inards on a cold day or to tickle your taste buds any other time.
La nourriture était excellente j'ai absolument tout adorée. La place est super cozy & gagne vraiment a être connue! Les portions sont extrêmement généreuses pour le prix. J'ai vraiment été agréablement surprise par cette trouvaille & j'y retournerai définitivement. Ce fut une très belle expérience pour mon copain & moi. Le serveur était très gentil & l'ambiance est très simple & sympathique ce que j'apprécie beaucoup d'un restaurant:) Je recommande à 100% c'était délicieux!
They made my delivery courier WAIT A FULL HOUR at the restaurant for my food, which is bonkers. & I imagine he wasn't just messing around since Skip sent me a message saying the restaurant needed more time to prepare my order or whatever. Plus, they completely ignored my instructions for medium spicy & made it not just'white people-spicy' but'I've never had anything hotter than a tomato-spicy.' It wouldn't be so bad if the food wasn't just generally kind of lacking in flavour. & it was somehow lukewarm on top of it... I will say the tandoori chicken was decent. Pakora was fine. That is all. The only reason I ordered from here is because Bombay Grill is closed on Tuesdays, but I won't make that mistake again.

Their food is delicious. My wife & i have tried many other restaurants, which are good, but this place is our favorite place. They are open late. Everything we have tried is delicious. We find ourselves coming back weekly. The service is excellent & food comes quickly.

We go there with my brother & father, once in a while. Always a pleasure, the staff is super helpful & the food is quite delicious! Try the fish pakoras, they are a pure delight with the green sauce. The soups are amazing & the tasting menu for 1 or two people gives you a bit of everything. We went 5+ times & will come back for sure!
