Taiyo Cité offre une expérience dynamique et accueillante sur ses différents étages, avec des plats frais et un service rapide et attentif, le tout dans une déco distinctive qui séduit souvent. Le concept de commande à table avec une livraison rapide et un système de tapis roulant apporte une touche ludique et innovante, tandis que la carte propose des options BBQ à volonté, sushi et izakaya, généralement appréciées pour leur fraîcheur et leur présentation. Les desserts et les mocktails sont mis en valeur et l'ambiance et l'attention portée aux clients sont régulièrement décrites comme chaleureuses et mémorables. Bien que certains commentaires évoquent le rapport qualité prix et des attentes occasionnelles en période de fort afflux, l'ensemble donne envie de revenir pour l'atmosphère animée et le service amical.
Really liked the vibe here. The food was fresh & tasted great. Cathy offered us amazing service & she was super nice & attentive. Mia's signature drinks were very delicious & beautiful. Would definitely come back! I'd definitely recommend this place!👍👍👍

J'ai adoré ma visite, service 110% , la nourriture & le service aussi! J'y retournerai c'est certain! Je recommande! Nous avons fais 1h30 de route pour y aller & je ne suis pas déçu! Les tables sont vraiment bien organisées ! Tout est bien pensée , le décor mes enfants ont adorés !

I went to taiyo last weekend & it exceeded my expectations. The food was good, as well as the atmosphere, & the service was amazing. My server Daphne was so sweet & professional & she made our experience so special & amazing. Would definitely visit again! 10/10
Honestly our experience last night was AMAZING. The restaurant is just so aesthetically pleasing & theres just so many choices from the menu that you'll never get bored. In total there are supposed to be 3 floors to the experience.
First Floor: AYCE JBBQ
Second: AYCE Sushi
Third: Izakaya (not open yet, at the time of writing)
The place so far is in'soft launch' mode, so it is worth noting that, at the time I'm writing this, they do not have their liquor license yet so alcohol is not yet available on the menu. But please don't let that deter you from going now, or later in a month or two when it is.
Not only are the visuals stunning but the conveyor belt system for delivering the meats to the table & the little train that brought certain appetizers was honestly just so innovative & cute that our group was in awe.
Menu options are amazing. The meats were pretty good as far as most JBBQs/KBBQs go in Montreal as well but the real star were the diverse menu options available for all of us to try, even a limited but not small selection for Sushi in the BBQ floor.
We went last night for a friend's birthday, & the staff were also super friendly & accommodating & seeing as we left at he end of the night, offered to even change the visuals on their screens for us to take a group photo.
10/10 would come here again, amazing experience!

Super bon!! Nous étions dans la section BBQ! Il y avait des petits trains (le notre ne semblait pas fonctionner 😞) & les animations étaient vraiment bien. Le service était impeccable & il y avait un menu original. Je recommande
Il y avait beaucoup de monde. Même si sur internet il n'y avait pas de place & que nous avions appelé. Nous avons essayé sur place & ils nous ont trouvé une table en 15 min
It was a sushi restaurant with excellent quality for the price. The atmosphere was also great, & I would like to thank Billy, the kitchen manager who is a sushi expert! He is really handsome & makes good sushi😊
You're really paying for the atmosphere, not the food. The vibe is beautiful, but the food was very basic & not well presented compared to the setting. There are definitely better Japanese & sushi spots out there.
The staff were super nice though probably the highlight of the experience.
The food was delicious & the staff was great. The service was pretty slow, most likely because their staff is new & it was busy. Waited around 45+mins for our final plate, so we decided to order dessert. Final plate never came but the dessert came pretty quick. Dessert options are pretty good.

We discovered this restaurant while looking for somewhere to eat downtown & decided to give it a try. The food was really fresh & savory. It had a futuristic atmosphere with robots & little trains serving you the food. The service was really good, our bbq wasn't working & they were extremely attentive & changed us tables, & even gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Would definitely come back with friends!

From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm & welcoming, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was Lina. She was incredibly kind, attentive, & genuinely caring-she made us feel so comfortable & taken care of throughout the entire meal 🫶
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, & beautifully presented. Every bite felt like it was made with love, & you can really tell they put heart into everything they do ❤?
