Avoid the 3rd floor….
Atmosphere is cool but it gets hot in there fast, certain food items took 45 to get & we waited at least an hour to pay the bill because you order on a tablet & then they have to manually split the bills (which was apparently complicated). We had to ask at least 3 times for the bill(s), felt like we were held hostage.

They're short staffed & the billing system needs to be amended.

My first time here & overall disappointing, the images were cool & the food was okay but I would stick to the bar.

We were a group of 6 for the bubble on the third floor rooftop (18+) à la carte menu. Boy was I heavily disappointed in the service.

When we arrived, nothing was ready for us. There was no menu, no water & no air conditioning. We had to go inside to flag someone at the bar.

Our waiter, who seemed new at the job made tons of rookie mistakes (forgot to open a table on the iPad, forgot water, spilled a bit of cocktail on the table & floor) BUT he seemed sincerely apologetic!

One woman with glasses on the other hand…was quite rude in her responses. We asked for something & her response was'sorry but we're very busy'. Another instance was coming out of the washroom & walking into what seemed like a karaoke room & she basically responded with'that is a restricted area!'. It just really rubbed me the wrong way. I just hope she's not going through a difficult time & that she can find happiness in her work.

On a positive note, everything we ordered was delicious! Well seasoned & a more thoughtful menu than downstairs all you can eat.

3 stars because the food was good but the service was lacking. This place has so much potential to be great.

Nous sommes allés en famille pendant les vacances & nous avons tous adoré l'expérience! C'est un concept vraiment unique qui plaît autant aux adultes qu'aux enfants.

L'ambiance est excellente, le service est impeccable & tout est pensé pour rendre le repas interactif. Pouvoir commander directement sur une tablette est très pratique & permet à chacun de choisir facilement ce qu'il veut.

Les robots qui circulent dans le restaurant, le tapis roulant & les trains qui livrent les plats ajoutent une touche vraiment originale qui rend le repas encore plus amusant.

Le seul petit commentaire de nos enfants : ils auraient aimé que davantage de plats soient livrés par le train! 😊

Une expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter & que nous avons déjà hâte de revivre!

Excellente expérience! Les sushis étaient frais, savoureux & il y avait énormément de choix. Les viandes étaient tout aussi excellentes, bien assaisonnées & de très bonne qualité. Le service était rapide, le personnel était accueillant & l'ambiance est unique, le décor est fantastique.

Nous avons adorés ce restaurent, le service est rapide & la nourriture est excellente ! Le train est vraiment impressionnant, il nous livre une grande partie de la nourriture. Réserver a l'avance car c'est très convoité.

Notre réservation se trouvait au deuxième étage. Au moment de nous servir les plats, le serveur a renversé ma soupe sans nettoyer, & sans m'en proposer une nouvelle. Les plats étaient presque jeté sur la table.
Pour un total de 65 $, je m'attendais à des aliments avec un meilleur goût . Je pense que c'est plus une expérience visuelle que culinaire.
