So I had to be honest at the very beginning I had my doubts about this place. But after going I can see that at @tagliomtl the hype is real & honestly it's a really cool atmosphere inside it being half a deli / sandwich shop where you can get amazing sandwich slash for foccacia sandwiches, have a butcher where you can get amazing produce. As well as for guys like me who are trying to stay away from carbs to lose weight for their wedding they also have this amazing salad. It's like a beef carpaccio & a salad had a baby with amazing little bites of truffle cheese , really fantastic.
My fiance got the Mortadella sandwich as you can see here really from end to end packed full of meat they don't really skimp out on it along with a hot pepper spread & Burrata cheese along with some pistachio nuts all tucked away in this homemade focaccia bread made daily. I did have to have a bite of course even though I'm trying to stay away from this type of stuff, I just couldn't resist. The price is a little bit high in my opinion but I guess that kind of reflects the top notch ingredients that they use so to be expected. Would I go back if I was in the area for sure even just for the salad alone as much as it pains me to say it it was delicious. A true tentative 10 spot would recommend to a friend.Voir plus

Amazing! I'm a vegetarian so I didn't think there was anything for me in a butcher shop, but their veggie sandwich might be the best I've ever had! Such good ingredients, so moist, & large!

This spot is an absolute gem - part butcher, part grocery, part sandwich shop, & 100% a vibe. Stepping inside feels like being transported straight to a neighborhood market in Europe - warm, intentional, & full of high-quality goods. The meats are top-tier, the grocery selection is curated & fun to browse, & the sandwiches? Next level. I kept it simple with the focaccia BLT & it totally hit the spot - crispy bacon, fresh ingredients, & that perfect focaccia crunch. A mix of butchershop (AAA meat) & small grocery store & take out counter. Good to have in the neighborhood. They have some bronze cut pastas that aren't over priced like I've seen in other'curated' type of shops. Surprisingly big. People who worked there are all nice. I got a cotto prosciutto & it hit the spot. Delicious! The bread, the meat (I suspect they make the cold cut meat from scratch?), everything I think they make every component in house or are selective with where they source ingredients. Its a big portion too, I could easily split it into 2 meals but of course tastes best fresh. I can't wait to try the other sandwiches.Voir plus

Cette nouvelle boutique a repris l'ancien local de Québec Smoked Meat, mais a su conserver leur célèbre sandwich à la viande fumée. Le propriétaire fume lui même la viande (& du saumon aussi, délicieux), & propose plusieurs sandwichs à emporter (smoked meat, pulled pork, etc). On y trouve aussi une belle boucherie / épicerie fine qui propose des pièces de viande de qualité, des morceaux marinés sous vide, prets a cuire (poulet, porcs, excellents), & quelques plats cuisinés sur place à réchauffer à la maison. On leur souhaite tout le succès qu'ils méritent!Voir plus

My new favourite sandwich place in the hood. I tried them all & they are all good. Hands down the best smoked meat sandwich. Unlike other 1920 smoked meat sandwiches in Montreal, in PSC you can get a 2025 smoked meet sandwich. Super friendly staff!Voir plus
