Marianna was an excellent hostess! From the beginning to the end of our dining experience, she was there to make sure we had everything we needed. She was helpful & patient in going through the menu with us. We were visiting from Toronto but were with friends who have been there before. The atmosphere was filled with vintage pieces which gave it a homey feeling. Loved the chalkboard art & day of the dead deco �
Would definitely recommend going here for a quick bite that's still filling. They have gluten free options. Wish I got to try their Horchata, but they had a variety of Jarritos to choose from �
I got the Cubana sandwich, & it was soft, flavourful & kept me full.

Quite tasty, not American "Mexican". They have tacos, however their specialty is Tortas, made on homemade bread & filled with very tasty food. The atmosphere is "hole in the wall". The service was great, not very crowded.Voir plus

Great authentic Flavors, Service was ok but they were jam packed during lunch, anyone who has worked in the restauration, will understand. Anyhow the wait was worth the food! Generous portions, If you leave there with a stomach-ache its because the Tortas are HUGE, like they should be.
They recelty updated the menu & it's been a year they expanded to the next door business. They have a new flour tortilla section. Pambazos, alambre, Quesadilla flor de calabaza
It's not your typical Tex-mex, fajitas & burritos joint. It's real mexican food.

Nous sommes allé chez Tachido & cela été une redécouverte des plats que nous avions mangé au Mexique.
La nourriture y est excellente mais le service laisse un peu à désirer…
Attablé au comptoir on se faisait constamment derangé par les serveuses qui nous regardaient avec des regards bizarres quand nous tentions de nous placer le plus confortablement possible.
De plus se faire servir notre petite commande semblait prendre une eternité pour les deux serveuses complètement déconnectées de la réalité & qui regardaient parfois le plafond en se demandant quoi faire.

Qui aurait cru qu'un sandwich au tofu serait aussi délicieux!!! Vraiment!
Parfait pour un lunch rapide ou un take out pour aller manger dans un parc du Mile-End.
Le service n'est pas toujours super courtois (ie: tu te présente à 11:55 pour & on te demande de revenir à midi pour ta commande de take-out. on te laisse même pas t'assoir pour attendre 5 min. vraiment?).
Mais leur tortas sont tellement bonnes que malgré tout, moi & mon chum devons y aller au moins 1 fois par 2 semaines.
À essayer: Tortas (Tofu al pastor, Aguacate), Tacos (Chorizo con papas, Mole verde)

Nous somme aller au restaurant Ta chido basé sur la note de 2 autres internautes, Comme entrée nous avons pris la guacamole qui n'avait absolument aucun gout tres fad, comme repas principal j,ai pris les tacos au poulet qui sont fait avec poulet efiloché tres ordinaires, epres le repas tout les 2 avons immediatement eu mal au ventre. brevage bierre dos equis trop chaude & le marguarita a la mangue tres ordinaire. Le service était pourri, pas de sourire,serveur & serveuse tres froid. il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs.

Perfect Mexican comfort street food done right. I had the torta & the bread which is made in house was so fresh. Owner & the rest of the staff were very friendly (not overly fake friendly) & made sure we were taken care of as they were quite busy.
