Service was extremely slow. I ordered a muffin & a piece of cake & the girl kept messing up this very simple order. The muffin was dry & had barely any mix ins, just a sprinkling of chocolate chips on top. The cafe is beautiful, but overall better in the pictures than reality. Pastries are also much smaller than they seem in pictures.
I had high expectations for this cake I ordered, but it fell far short. The icing was simply butter-no sugar, no flavor, just greasy & heavy. It completely lacked the sweetness & creaminess you'd hope for in a cake frosting. As for the cake itself, it was incredibly dense & dry, making it difficult to eat without feeling weighed down. The flavor was almost nonexistent; it tasted bland & uninspired. We couldn't taste the carrots or cinnamon at all. Overall, the texture & taste made the experience quite unpleasant. Felt more like a bread, some of our guests said it was like hay!! It was just disappointing from start to finish. I reached out to the owner, she asked me to bring back the cake, which I did. She never came out from her office to see me, after I was told she was there & would meet me shortly. I waited 20 min with my baby, then they told me she wasn't there. WEIRD & lies! Unprofessional. I called her, she said'all the ingredients were used, so this cake was good, nothing I can do for you'. I would of like to be reimbursed, since the cake was not eatable... it was for my mom's 70th birthday, I felt SO bad that this was the cake I offered to her & my family!

It's my second time & it's the same strange service (I didn't know when they'd take my order or when my food would be ready). The quality of cakes & sweets aren't the same anymore
We only stopped for a dessert & a iced coffee, wish we could've tried their sandwiches which looks so good
Good location, pretty interior, but ambiance could be better, just people talking or walking ( you can hear people's footsteps when they walk) a little music would've been better. also that day was hot & the AC wasn't working maybe
but overall, loved everything. coffee & our cake was delicious! definitely going back to try other things
Bon…très très rare que je fais un mauvais commentaire, mais la….je suis passé cet après midi acheter deux pâtisseries, un cup cake & une petite tarte au fromage pecanes.
Les deux ont l'air très beaux, mais le cup cake etait tellement sec….pas mangeable & même chose pour la tarte au fromage….sec sec sec..je suis extrêmement déçu. Je vais y retourner pour leurs donner une autre chance. Mais s'en plus.!!
I don't like the new look of the cafe & the menu is just confusing now because I don't know what I'm supposed to expect, high end French pastries or vegan cakes & cookies? Before, it had a rustic charm & the pastry counter was big & long, showing a variety of croissants & bread. This place used to be known for its croissants & cookies, now those are gone, partly because they reduced the counter space. Now, it's pretty clear they're following French baking micro trends like trompe l'oeils, flat croissants, New York croissants, etc. Also, for whatever reason, the baker is obsessed with making so many pistachio-flavoured cakes & pastries. Honestly, I just feel bad for the employees because they have barely any counter space to work on & one tiny oven for heating up sandwiches. They're basically on top of each other. What this place is missing is a menu board to put on the wall. It looks like the interior designer put all the furniture in for a fancy French cafe but forgot that you need pastry cases & worktops for the employees, especially a menu board to show prices. I bought a sandwich today & it was still cold in the middle after being in the oven. I watched another person make the same complaint. Lastly, I bought two tiny cakes to go but for some reason, they ran out of boxes & put it in a giant 12x12 box. That was annoying to carry home on the bus. Service could be better but it would help to actually design this place as a cafe & not what a movie set designer thinks it should be. The prices are a bit much too. At this point, you're better off going to Premier Moisson.
Love this place! Food is always delicious, & the decor is so much prettier since they redecorated. I always oder cakes for occasions because they're delicious & pretty.

vanilla berry vegan tower cake that doesn't taste or feel vegan at all. All the expected goodness of a regular gourmet cake. Yummy raspberry filling. Eco friendly packaging
Very nice place, pleasant atmosphere, most of products are upscale, but a very unfortunate service. It's well staffed, but they run around in some unsystematic order, making you wait for just a slice of cake on a plate the same time as for a cooked branch... It felt like the person who served the tables was making sure that no eye contact was maintained, so nobody would ask for something while she is on her route. It makes the whole experience a bit less nice than it could have been
Très très bon cake d'anniversaire. Pas trop sucré, tout simplement parfait. Je recommande. Merci beaucoup d'avoir participé à rendre cette fête meilleure. C'était parfait !!!!!!!!❤️💓❤️🌹
