Après avoir reçu un diagnostic de maladie cœliaque, ainsi que d'autres allergies et intolérances alimentaires, ma passion pour la pâtisserie est devenue une obsession ! J'ai créé mes propres recettes et mélanges de farines sans gluten pour pouvoir recréer mes plats et produits de boulangerie préférés. J'ai consacré ma vie à partager mes créations avec notre communauté sans gluten. Nous sommes un leader sur le marché des produits sans gluten, nous évoluons constamment et nous perfectionnons nos recettes. Je suis fière d'offrir à nos clients une large gamme de produits de boulangerie sans gluten ainsi que des mélanges pour gâteaux et pâtisseries à préparer dans le confort de votre propre maison.
Des desserts aux pains, en passant par les pizzas, nous créons de superbes équivalents sans gluten pour toutes nos recettes préférées. Et honnêtement... la plupart d'entre nous ne verraient pas la différence. Ils sont TELLEMENT bons !!!

Came here for pantry staples, left with more than I expected, & fresh baked goods too! There were a lot of gluten free products to choose some, many of which I had never seen before in Canada from various stores. When it comes to selection, this is the spot. Great place for people with dietary restrictions. They a good variety of both the prepared desserts & packaged gluten-free ingredients. I found they mistly focus on the gluten-free products, so I hope they expand their options for people with allergies to eggs & nuts, as well.Voir plus

I bought the brownie cheesecake, I bought it at Mamie Clafoutis in Marche 440 laval. The cake was very good, but my house might have been very warm, the cake was more like a soft serve ice cream, instead of cheesecake consistency. So did not stay together when I cut it. The cake was eaten anyway, after I put it back in the freezer, it stayed together very well, & was delicious. The owner offered me another cake on them. Seeing how much the owner cared about her product & offered me a cake on the house, I changed my star rating overall. It's nice to have the owner contact you & try & rectify the problem. I do not go to Laval often, I did not write the review in hopes of getting a free cake. I will continue to buy her products, as I have often in the past. Tous les mets préparés sont délicieux. Il faut essayer sa réplique du gâteau McCain en rectangle, il est divin & même meilleur que le vrai!!! Oui c'est un peu cher mais il faut continuer d'encourager les entrepreneurs d'ici qui facilitent la vie des coeliaques.
