L'endroit à une très belle ambiance avec les dessins & les affiches sur les murs. Nos sushis étaient délicieux & ils n'étaient pas vraiment chers. La nourriture avait une très belle présentation & on a eu droit à plusieurs gourmandises savoureuses supplémentaires en raison de l'anniversaire de mon frère.

Such cozy cute spot in my neighborhood. As soon as you walk in it's soo cool. Love the art on the wall & the Japanese style decor. They served us warm green tea (so amazing) especially as it is snowing outside. We ordered some sushi (dynamite rolls) & stir fry udon noodles & also shrimp tempura.
All of the food was so fresh, & the portion sizes were good! The udon noodles are good for two people ❤?
They also have parking so that's definitely a plus point.
Les sushis sont bons, surtout le kamikaze & le rainbow (qui ne ressemble en rien à la photo), mais le Tiger, bien qu'intéressant avec ses sauces, contient du saumon cuit avec la peau. Général Tao: sauce correcte, mais viande trop cuite. Soupe wonton: bouillon sans sel au goût très douteux, mais les won tons sont bons (genre pâtes fines & farce aux crevettes du commerce). Il faut s'en tenir aux sushis & ne pas avoir d'attentes hyper élevées. Toilettes: le couvercle avait besoin d'être nettoyé, ouf.
Literally my favourite sushi place ever, I live right down the street from it & it's great for grabbing a quick bite before walking home from ghe bus stop

Un excellent restaurant, un vrai joyau caché à Lachine.
Les plats sont savoureux, bien présentés, & les sushis sont d'une fraîcheur remarquable.
On sent la qualité des ingrédients & le souci du détail.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter.
I am very happy to see Lachine has a nice sushi restaurant. I will keep ordering & hope that the quality is consistent. I usually order salmon nigiri & when restaurants cut the salmon suuuuper thin it's sea-through I stop ordering because I don't want to pay only for rice. Hoping for the best here. So far so good.
Délicieux & abordable. De vrais sushis & une authentique cuisine du Sichuan. Le patron est chaleureux & attentionné. En discutant, j'ai appris que les fresques murales ont été entièrement conçues & peintes par lui-même. On sent qu'il a du goût, du coeur & des exigences élevées - & cela se reflète dans la qualité de ses plats. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

🍣 Great New Sushi Place!
I absolutely loved the sushi here! The food was delicious & incredibly fresh. The service was also good, & the prices are very reasonable, offering great value. They mentioned they are working on getting their alcohol permit soon, & plan to allow BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) wine once it's approved. Highly recommend this spot!
I was craving fresh tasty sushi & their spicy combo 18 pieces hit the spot! Everything tasted & felt so fresh compared to other places I've been too!
It's gonna be my go to spot from now on!
I've ordered Sushi Waen three times now & the quality has been Phenomenal. Fresh fish & soo much variety. I recently moved to Lachine from dt & was disappointed with the limited options of sushi here. Sushi waen solved this issue. Looking forward to dining in soon! 🍣🍣

Une super belle découverte à Lachine ! 🍣 Sushi Waen, c'est un p'tit resto super sympathique qui mélange vraiment bien la finesse japonaise avec les vraies saveurs du Sichuan.
Les sushis sont hyper frais, bien faits, on voit que c'est préparé avec amour.
Mais honnêtement, les plats chauds m'ont bluffé : le poulet croustillant est juste parfait - doré, tendre, pas gras du tout - & les nouilles à la viande épicée sont tellement savoureuses, bien relevées sans tomber dans l'excès.
L'ambiance est relax, les dessins sur les murs sont super beaux, pis le service est tellement gentil & attentionné.
On se sent tout de suite à l'aise, comme chez soi.
Franchement, c'est rare de trouver à Montréal un endroit où tu peux manger à la fois des bons sushis & des vrais plats chinois faits maison.
Un vrai coup de coeur ❤? - j'vais clairement y retourner !
I wanted to try this newly opened sushi/Asian fusion place, & our gang of 5 had a great time!! The sichuanese food is authentic & delicious, & you can adjust the spice level (some of us eat very spicy & some not at all lol). The owner is super friendly as well. We'll definitely revisit this place!!
