update feb/2026: i've been ordering from them for a while & always loved it, but today I ordered from uber eats & was disappointed. the sushi rolls that had tempura tasted stale & old, so I think the tempura had gone bad & affected those rolls because the roll without it was fine. scared to try this place again because I'm not sure the freshness is guaranteed. sad to leave this review.

Such cozy cute spot in my neighborhood. As soon as you walk in it's soo cool. Love the art on the wall & the Japanese style decor. They served us warm green tea (so amazing) especially as it is snowing outside. We ordered some sushi (dynamite rolls) & stir fry udon noodles & also shrimp tempura.
All of the food was so fresh, & the portion sizes were good! The udon noodles are good for two people ❤?
They also have parking so that's definitely a plus point.

On the 23rd they simply decided to put all Uber Eats on hold while prioritizing direct orders without updating estimate times in the app. I got there at the time I was supposed to & the owner we told me I would have to wait half an hour longer.
I asked for him to cancel it on their side, since I couldn't do it on mine without paying a huge fee & he refused. I had to sit in the restaurant & go through the whole cancelling process with the app's customer service. While I was there, I saw him turning away Uber Eats drivers without even trying to apologize. I understand holidays are busy, but people's time is worth something too, it costs them nothing to be more respectful to both customers & drivers.

Thanks for the response. I understand holidays are busy & that staff are under pressure. However, front-of-house staff should have enough autonomy or support to handle situations like this without placing the burden on the customer.
I followed the timing & information provided in the app, & being told to sit around for an extra half hour with no compromise or solution offered felt disrespectful. That's really not a great way to treat a client.
The reply to my review fails to address the actual issue, which is the fact that inaccurate timing & lack of communication on the restaurant's side caused the delay, & lack of initiative & preparation led to me having to solve a problem I didn't cause.

Les sushis sont bons, surtout le kamikaze & le rainbow (qui ne ressemble en rien à la photo), mais le Tiger, bien qu'intéressant avec ses sauces, contient du saumon cuit avec la peau. Général Tao: sauce correcte, mais viande trop cuite. Soupe wonton: bouillon sans sel au goût très douteux, mais les won tons sont bons (genre pâtes fines & farce aux crevettes du commerce). Il faut s'en tenir aux sushis & ne pas avoir d'attentes hyper élevées. Toilettes: le couvercle avait besoin d'être nettoyé, ouf.

Very nice restaurant, general tao was really good! The rice was shaped like a cat, which was super cute! 😺
Price are very reasonable, I recommend trying it out! 💕

Un excellent restaurant, un vrai joyau caché à Lachine.
Les plats sont savoureux, bien présentés, & les sushis sont d'une fraîcheur remarquable.
On sent la qualité des ingrédients & le souci du détail.
J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

I am very happy to see Lachine has a nice sushi restaurant. I will keep ordering & hope that the quality is consistent. I usually order salmon nigiri & when restaurants cut the salmon suuuuper thin it's sea-through I stop ordering because I don't want to pay only for rice. Hoping for the best here. So far so good.

Délicieux & abordable. De vrais sushis & une authentique cuisine du Sichuan. Le patron est chaleureux & attentionné. En discutant, j'ai appris que les fresques murales ont été entièrement conçues & peintes par lui-même. On sent qu'il a du goût, du coeur & des exigences élevées - & cela se reflète dans la qualité de ses plats. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

🍣 Great New Sushi Place!
I absolutely loved the sushi here! The food was delicious & incredibly fresh. The service was also good, & the prices are very reasonable, offering great value. They mentioned they are working on getting their alcohol permit soon, & plan to allow BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) wine once it's approved. Highly recommend this spot!

I was craving fresh tasty sushi & their spicy combo 18 pieces hit the spot! Everything tasted & felt so fresh compared to other places I've been too!

5 stars doesn't do this restaurant justice! I'd easily give more❤? the service is amazing & the staff is just so polite & cheerful! The food is FIRE , I devoured everything in a matter of minuts! So happy its only 7min from where I live.
