UPDATE: 2 years after my original review I am still satisfied with the quality & service that the Bromont Sushi shop offers.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: The sushi shop is a standard that you can rely on for getting pretty much the same taste & quantity time after time no matter where you order from. This is trues most of the time, at times you can be surprised with something different not as good or rolled & cut in a way that does not meet the sushi shop standard. The Bromont location are a good group, that have consistency in their rolls & the quality of service is very good. I order here every week & I am very satisfied. Thank you & keep up the good work.

REALLY slow! They have 3 people working & we waited over 20 min for sushi to-go… they REALLY push hard the pre-made stuff which is super cold & really not ready to eat temperature wise. If I wanted a pre made bento box I wouldn't order from the menu.

Had to remind them we had a bubble tea order… the wait for those was also ridiculous.

Otherwise the food is fine. Just the service is somewhat weak.

Located right next to a gas station & the highway, this sushi shop was a pleasant surprise. There are only a few tables, but enough to make it a cozy spot for a casual lunch date. The sushi menu was creative & varied, & our order arrived quickly. We also appreciated the themed drink options, including cold sake bottles from Japan & some beer choices.

That said, the salmon nigiri didn't taste as fresh as expected, which was a little concerning (though we didn't get sick). Overall, it worked out well as a cute, impromptu lunch stop, but I wouldn't plan on coming here for a full sit-down dinner.

Sushishop in bromont is one of the best ones. They have great service & make sure to make sushi gluten free without any hassle. Definitely recommend this family business. They treat you with so much kindness & respect
