Worth a visit while you stroll down Shefford Street in Old Bromont. The museum itself is quite small, but interesting to explore. The real highlight is the shop, with a great selection of delicious chocolate treats.

Stumbled in on a Tuesday evening after a long drive through the Eastern Townships, & honestly it was the perfect way to decompress. The museum section walks you through the entire history of chocolate production with surprisingly detailed exhibits, & the hands-on demonstration where a staff member shows you how pralines are made by hand was genuinely engaging. The smell alone when you walk through the door is worth the trip. Picked up a small bag of their house-made truffles on the way out & they held up beautifully for the rest of my travels.
