As someone who's quite picky about eating raw food, I'd give Sushi Rosa a 9/10 for the freshness of its seafood. The mixed sashimi set looked very appealing: thick, succulent slices of salmon; the salmon was firm, naturally sweet, & completely free of any water leakage or fishy smell. The ice storage underneath was meticulously done, maintaining the crispness of the food throughout. The wasabi here was also high-quality, with a stimulating spiciness that didn't burn the taste buds.

Sushi Rosa, while not as spacious as a typical buffet restaurant, offers a very cozy atmosphere with rustic, authentic Japanese decor, perfect for both private dates & family meals. Hygiene is impeccable; everything from tables & chairs to dishes is meticulously cleaned. The staff are highly professional, from the moment they open the door to serving food, they are quick & attentive, constantly refilling tea & clearing empty plates even when the restaurant is quite busy.

What sets Sushi Rosa apart is its sushi rice (Shari). The rice is soft, fragrant, & each grain is separate, not mushy or sticky. The sweet & sour flavor from the vinegar dressing is very refreshing & appetizing. I ordered the flame-seared salmon with cheese sauce & the crispy fried salmon skin maki. The rolls are incredibly well-rolled, & the sauce is rich & creamy but doesn't overpower the natural sweetness of the seafood inside. I highly recommend trying their signature sushi rolls.

Sushi was decent, beautifully presented, & the couple working there were extremely nice & friendly.
We had a good time overall.

I do rate service overall as being a 3/5 due to the wait/table clearing timing as it seems FOH has too many items to juggle for a faster service. Seems it could improve with an additional employee, & hopefully that can happen, but as it stands we did spend much longer at dinner than we intended.
