I was very impressed with the service at Sushi Rosa. The staff were gentle, attentive, & knowledgeable about different types of fish, providing excellent advice to customers. Even though the restaurant was quite crowded during peak hours, the food was served very quickly & beautifully presented. I will definitely be coming back many more times.

The sushi here is presented with exquisite detail, looking like a work of art on the plate.The chef's cuts are very precise, the ratio of fish to rice is perfect, & there isn't too much starch.
I was particularly impressed with the eel nigiri; the sauce was rich & the charcoal-grilled aroma was very distinctive.
The restaurant's ambiance is distinctly Japanese, creating a warm & elegant atmosphere.

The service & food were excellent, yet the prices were incredibly reasonable, suitable for all budgets. The staff were quick & attentive, always refilling tea & offering enthusiastic recommendations. A wonderful dining experience, I will definitely return soon to try more dishes.

Tried Sushi Rosa in Montreal & had a great experience. As someone with celiac disease, I really appreciated how seriously they took my gluten allergy staff were attentive & careful, which made me feel safe eating there.

The sushi rolls were fresh, flavorful, & beautifully prepared. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch from start to finish.

Highly recommend if you're looking for quality sushi & a place that genuinely cares about dietary needs.
