Dans l’ensemble, Sushi Rosa est largement salué pour la fraîcheur des sushis et des fruits de mer, le riz parfaitement assaisonné et la présentation soignée qui embellit chaque plat, avec un cadre cosy et une ambiance calme appréciés pour des repas en couple ou entre amis. La carte est variée, mêlant sushis classiques et créations, ramen et gyoza, et les portions sont souvent généreuses sans être lourdes; le service est rapide, professionnel et chaleureux, et le robot qui apporte les plats est cité comme une touche ludique et moderne. Même en livraison ou à emporter, la qualité et l’esthétique restent au rendez-vous et les plats voyagent bien. Certains avis évoquent des prix un peu élevés par rapport à l’offre mais jugent la qualité et l’expérience à la hauteur, et quelques rares commentaires mentionnent des oublis mineurs tels que le wasabi ou des condiments, ou un service un peu lent durant les heures de pointe. Globalement, l’endroit inspire confiance, avec des ingrédients frais, des saveurs équilibrées et un soin du détail qui pousse à revenir.
What a beautiful gem to discover! Sushi made with love - fresh, delicious, elegant. The presentation is lovely with real flowers. Music & aesthetics were pleasing. The owners are kind people. This becomes one of my favorite spots for sushi in Montreal.
The sushi here is amazing! The maki rolls are also delicious; there are so many options, & everything we tried was fantastic 😍 The service is excellent; the staff are very quick & attentive.

We recently placed a takeout order for about $200, & the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.
The food was absolutely delicious-everything tasted fresh, flavorful, & clearly made with care. Even as takeout, the presentation was impressive. Each dish was thoughtfully packaged & beautifully prepared, which made it feel like we were enjoying a dine-in experience at home.
The service was excellent as well. One item was accidentally left behind at the restaurant, but as soon as we called to let them know, they handled it immediately & professionally. Even though we live about 15 minutes away, they sent the missing item to us by Uber at no extra charge. That level of customer care really stood out & showed how much they value their guests.
Overall, fantastic food & outstanding service. We'll definitely be ordering from them again & highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great meal & a restaurant that truly stands behind their service.
If you're a fan of rolls, you shouldn't miss the Special Rolls here. I absolutely love the Dragon Roll & the flame-grilled sushi (Aburi). The special sauce is rich & flavorful, & the presentation is incredibly eye-catching & artistic. One bite is an explosion of flavor in your mouth - definitely worth trying!
The food was delicious & very palatable, suitable for families & groups of friends gathering. The atmosphere was comfortable. I will definitely come back & would recommend it to everyone...
What sets this restaurant apart is the rice. The Japanese rice is sticky & fragrant, with firm grains, & is seasoned with just the right amount of vinegar - not too sour & not too strong. The combination of the fresh fish on top & the warm, slightly sticky rice underneath creates an extremely harmonious whole. Truly traditional sushi.
I was truly blown away by the freshness of the seafood here! Each slice of salmon & tuna sashimi was thickly cut, with a rosy hue, & a distinctly sweet & rich natural flavor. The fish was so fresh it practically melted on my tongue, with not a hint of fishy smell. 10 out of 10 for ingredient quality!

It's a decent little spot, the food was ok, definitely not great but wasn't terrible. My wife & tried combos which were chefs choice of combinations of Maki, sushi, nigiri & others. The rice was overcooked & the flavors were kind of plain. They also rolled Maki in what looks like Rice Crispies which I found kind of odd. We tried this place because it was close to our hotel & the rankings were higher, but not sure why. They should also try cleaning the glass holder for the candle they place on their platters, it was on the side, away from our food but not pleasing to see once we noticed.
We ordered five different rolls (St-Jean, Mango Tango, Double Salmon, Rainbow, & New Yorker) & were disappointed by the portion size of some pieces, presentation, & overall quality of the sushi. The raw tuna lacked flavor, the smoked salmon was poorly cut & difficult to chew, with an odd texture, & the raw salmon was only average. The only rolls we genuinely enjoyed were the ones made primarily with tempura shrimp or crab. Given the restaurant's high rating, our experience was underwhelming. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for mid-range quality sushi.
Visiting Sushi Rosa was a delightful experience. The ingredients were fresh, the seasoning was just right, & the portions were quite large, leaving me completely satisfied.

This was my first visit to Sushi Rosa, & I was impressed by how fresh everything tasted. The flavors were well balanced, & the portions were more than enough. I left feeling full & happy.
