Certains avis évoquent des prix un peu élevés par rapport à l’offre mais jugent la qualité et l’expérience à la hauteur, et quelques rares commentaires mentionnent des oublis mineurs tels que le wasabi ou des condiments, ou un service un peu lent durant les heures de pointe. Absolutely amazing experience! The sushi was incredibly fresh, delicious, & beautifully presented. Every bite was perfect & you can really tell the quality of the ingredients. The customer service was outstanding - the staff were so friendly, attentive, & made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was clean, cozy, & perfect for enjoying a great meal. This is definitely one of the best sushi experiences I've had. I highly recommend this place & will absolutely be coming back! 🍣✨
I honestly don't know what words to use to fully describe the sublime culinary experience of enjoying sushi here. It's not just a meal, but a journey into Japanese culture. From the very first bite of Otoro (fatty tuna belly), I was completely captivated; the fish melted on my tongue, leaving a delicate, rich flavor without being greasy. The rice (shari) was expertly seasoned, perfectly warm to body temperature, with fragrant, fluffy grains that weren't overly compressed. The chef's slicing technique was incredibly skillful; each nigiri piece was meticulously crafted like a work of art. The cozy, refined atmosphere, the soft music, & the scent of cedar wood created an absolutely relaxing ambiance. It was well worth the money for a truly exceptional evening.
A perfect blend of traditional sushi style & creative modern twists. I tried the restaurant's Signature Roll & was truly surprised by the explosive combination of flavors. The special sauce drizzled on top was incredibly delicious, perfectly complementing the sweetness of the breaded fried shrimp & the richness of the avocado. What I appreciated most was the meticulous attention to detail: from selecting the rich, handcrafted soy sauce to the fresh wasabi, which is spicy but not overwhelming. The restaurant's minimalist Japanese design is extremely elegant & tranquil, ideal for hosting important clients or romantic dates. This is definitely my number one favorite sushi spot right now!
If you're a sashimi & sushi lover, this is paradise for you. I was extremely impressed with the freshness of the seafood here; it felt like the fish had just been caught from the ocean & brought straight to your table. The salmon sashimi slices were thick, a vibrant orange with perfectly even fat marbling, & tasted incredibly sweet & rich. Especially noteworthy was the urchin (Uni), which was incredibly fresh, fragrant with the scent of the sea, & completely free of any fishy taste - something very few restaurants in the city can achieve. The presentation was impeccable, refined down to the perilla leaf & pink ginger sprig. The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable about each type of fish, & able to advise customers effectively. A 10/10 experience; I will definitely recommend this place to my friends & family!

The sushi here is truly fresh & delicious, with thick slices of fish & a naturally sweet flavor.
Each sashimi piece is beautifully presented, looking very appealing & professional.
The vinegared rice is perfectly seasoned, with fragrant, chewy grains that perfectly capture the traditional Japanese taste.
Especially noteworthy is the rich & flavorful grilled eel; once you try it, you'll never forget its delicious taste.
Not only is it the best sushi I've ever eaten but my entire time in this restaurant was a wonderful experience.
From then beautiful flowers you can see around the room to the presentation of the food. The kindness of the chef to the lighting. Everything in there is just so lovely.
100% my new go to sushi restaurant that I plan on returning to frequently.
We stopped in for supper on our way to a concert at the Bell Centre on Saturday & were very pleasantly surprised. We hadn't checked any reviews - we were simply looking for a quick, reliable spot after being disappointed by another restaurant earlier that evening.
From the moment we walked in, the service was professional & efficient. We were seated immediately, given menus right away, & since we already knew what we wanted, our order was taken without delay. Within about 20 minutes, we had our 44 pieces of sushi at the table, ready to share.
It was also interesting to see them using technology - a small robot delivered the food to our table, which was a nice touch. The presentation was clean & attractive, with decorative flowers. The sushi itself was tightly rolled, fresh, & full of flavor.
My only minor issue was that I asked for extra wasabi & it didn't arrive. The server may have simply forgotten. Not a major problem, as we had ginger & soy sauce, but worth mentioning for fellow wasabi lovers.
Overall, a solid, quick stop for good sushi before a concert. I would recommend it.
This was my first time eating at Rosa, & the sushi was amazing. I bought some to takeout, & they still made sure the food looked just as delicious & appealing as when I ate it at the restaurant.
Un très bon endroit pour manger des sushis à Montréal. Sushis excellent, présentation très jolie, & personnel super ! Tout ça pour un prix vraiment raisonnable. Je reviendrai avec plaisir 🍣

I was extremely impressed with the special wraps; the sauces were rich & incredibly delicious.
The seafood was so fresh, as if it had just been caught, it melted in my mouth.
The restaurant's atmosphere was cozy, creating a relaxing feeling that truly reflected Japanese culture.
It deserves 5 stars for both the excellent food quality & the attentive service.
I had a wonderful experience at Sushi Restaurant Rosa. The sushi was incredibly fresh & beautifully presented. There was a great variety of rolls & sashimi to choose from, & everything tasted amazing.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, & attentive throughout the visit. The atmosphere was cozy & comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both a casual meal & a special occasion.

We were genuinely surprised by how incredible the food was. We ordered the Assorted Chef's Choice along with the Shrimp Tempura, & it was an absolute treat. The quality was top-notch, & the owner was exceptionally friendly & accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back - this time with our children!
