As someone who has worked as a sushi chef, I've had my fair share of incredible seafood. But this place completely blew me away. Every single bite had me saying, wow that's the best I've ever had. This is hands down the best sushi I've ever had! We went with the Chef's choice for both the Sashimi & Nigiri, & it was the perfect decision. Every bite was packed with incredible flavour & absolutely delicious. We also tried the Salmon Tartare Maki & Tuna Tartare Maki, which were both outstanding. The service was top-notch, with knowledgeable & friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. After this experience, I don't think I could go back to regular sushi! We were in line for another sushi restaurant but didnt notice that it was AYCE lol we were into the convo - our bad Then we found Sushi Hidden Fish & decided to dine in. The restaurant is soo cozy & staff was nice too. We ordered the dishes like the pictures & they were amazing. Highly Recommend !View more

Bonjour nous avons adoré la qualité de la nourriture. Toutefois, nous avons constaté que le serveur etait plus concentré a gonfler le prix de l'addition. Il aurait pu proposer les memes choix en nous guidant & expliquer les prix ou differentes options. C'est triste car la bouffe etait super mais la surprise a la fin du repas a laissé un goût amer. It's a week after my meal here & I'm still thinking about the nigiri I had there. We got the 12 piece nigiri & each piece had its unique flavours. It's not the typical Japanese sushi you get with just the fish & rice. They had special toppings on it to enhance the flavours. We also got an off menu nigiri that had toro & Hokkaido uni . THAT piece, if available is definitely a must have. It was about ~40 for 2 pieces. Atmosphere is very modern yet a hint traditional. It's great for dates.View more
