My brother & I have tried so many sushi restaurants in montreal, but literally no one can beat the taste & freshness of Hidden fish's sashimi & maki . The food is simply perfection. As a fish & sushi lover, this place is my go-to. Ordered mostly the fish on the menu, not the sushi because the fish is out of this world. I did find that the waiter did not give the menu the attention it deserved. Not everyone knows the different kinds of fish & he didn't go through it extensively. At the price we are
Paying, I would have appreciated a more extensive run-down of what is being offered on the menu. I had 2 friends who didn't eat fish & the waiter didn't accommodate to them, rather told them to'just try the fish'.
