via LibroWaitstaff seemed very cold. Felt like we were being watched. Made it quite uncomfortable for us when we were eating. Felt as though they wanted us to leave. I think before people making reservations you should let them know they can't bring their own cakes. We had to do my sister's birthday cake outside in the cold. Food was great, came at a timely manner. Just very disappointed in the experience we had.

The food & the ambience did not make for the vile service we received. We went in for a light meal on Dec 17 at 6:15, our Asian lady server (Shana?) gave us insane attitude, I'm assuming because we ordered very little; rolling her eyes, side eyeing, & twitching her eyebrow at us when we finished our order & asked for the bill. We came in for less than 1 hour to kill time which is why we did not order much & we were not fussy; she interacted with us a total of 2 times, to take our order & give us the bill. I do not recommend bringing dates or guests here as this is truly embarrassing for this establishment.View more

We were dissapointed how the service waiter did.We really loved Hidden fish so we didn't want to feel disappointed to be honest.
Server was not good.
We pay 20% tip it is because my husband is generous for workers but that is not meaning the service was good... it's not something we can be happy.

Amazing Nigiris & Sashimi, if you are searching for a restaurant that offer sushis similar to what you can find in Japan: This is the place! I highly recommend the premium sashimi & the chief selection nigiris, if you are 4 this will be perfect for all of you.
