My husband & I went there 2 weeks ago, we tried the Hokkaido scallop sashimi, it was overkilled by the sauce, couldn't taste the scallops. The Otoro sashimi was stringy, the only dish we liked is the unagi sushi. Overall, the food presentation was good but the quality & taste were just so so, not worth the price. One of the better sushi places in Montreal. Very fresh & tasty fish. Wide selection that you don't normally find, all different types of toro. Reasonably priced sake selection as well. The only negative is that they won't let you order a side of sushi rice. It's the only sushi place that's not omakase only I've ever been to that won't serve you rice. Really weird.View more

The food was so delish I came twice in a month. Subtracted a star for the service because they brought the table's appies at different times. They did this both times I was there, must be a policy. The fish melts in your mouth (especially the Blue Fin Tuna Tataki) - to die for. I'd recommend & return 100%.View more

L'endroit est très bien en termes de décoration & d'ambiance. Il y a aussi beaucoup de choix à manger. Très peu de choix de vins. Nous avons commander 3 plats à deux à partager & 1 des plats était délicieux, 1 était okay, & 1 était très décevant / n'avait aucune saveur (celui sur la photo, scallops). Dispendieux $$$$. Service décevant mais je crois que c'était juste notre serveur qui n'avait pas envie d'être là du tout, & donc que ce n'est pas l'expérience générale.View more

**Edited, Feb 2024** Went again thinking it was the same quality but it wasn't... pieces are smaller, sashimis were very thick & less sauce used in rolls. Pretty deceived. via LibroVery good sashimi & nigiri, but not amazing & rather over priced (meal came to over $200 per person). Similarly, It's a nice atmosphere inside, but the two-person tables are way too close to each other & you have very little privacy which I don't expect from a restaurant with those sort of prices. So although it was a nice experience, I can't justify returning.
