She was fairly new (3 weeks) but had an amazing command of the food & gave great recommendations!❤️ the Chefs made some of the best Nigiri I've ever had... & the twist on dry ages meats was incredible! I've been to this sushi restaurant a handful of times & it never disappoints. Great drinks, amazing fish quality & premium service. I *gladly* spent between 300-400$ (for 2 people) everytime I go there & it is absolutely worth it.View more

Wow. What an experience. First of all, our server Matthew was simply excellent. He provided us with top notch service & was able to build us a menu that was on point!! You can taste the quality in every bite of creative, expertly prepared sushi. Packed with incredible flavors, we wish we could have had more, but the generous portions are very satisfying. The cocktail menu is equally impressive, & we thoroughly enjoyed our order of Yuzu 75 & an Old Fashioned with Japanese whisky. The beautiful, serene décor adds to the already relaxed atmosphere, enhancing the dining experience, as does the wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, & very helpful service. Les prix sont tout à fait raisonnables pour le haut niveau de cuisine, d'ambiance & de service. Malheureusement, ma dernière visite a été ma pire expérience dans un restaurant à cause d'un service à la clientèle irrespectueux qui m'a énormément déçue. Le serveur, qui travaille également comme gérant du restaurant s'adressait à moi d'un ton impoli durant la visite. J'éprouvais un énorme inconfort, car parfois, je ne comprenais pas ce qu'il disait, & je recevais en retour des réponses irritées de sa part. Je voulais lui exprimer mon inconfort face à sa manière de parler sans provoquer de conflit. Il m'a alors expliqué sa manière de travailler, tout en gardant ce même ton irrité, voire agressif. Je respecte beaucoup les travailleurs du service à la clientèle & je comprends que certains facteurs, comme la fatigue, peuvent influencer la qualité du service. Toutefois, je voulais terminer la soirée en bons termes avec le serveur en lui donnant mon avis sur son service parfois irrespectueux. Il n'a pas pris la peine de s'excuser. À cause de cette expérience, je ne pense plus revenir. Sinon, merci beaucoup au reste de l'équipe de l'établissement & aux maîtres sushi.View more

Fantastic high-end sushi experience. We opted for the option where our waiter selected the menu for us, which I recommend for first timers. Dishes came out like Omakase would, one-at-a-time & everything was delicious. Highlights being the Wagyu beef & the scallops with Foie Gras (the latter was something we are still talking about, superb!) The atmosphere was a tad intimidating, probably because I am more used to a casual sushi experience, but the waiter made us feel extremely comfortable & having the menu selected for us helped because it did overwhelm me at first. Again, can't emphasize enough how much the service improved the experience, it made the entire meal.View more
