Its really nice brunch spot. The plates look lovely & beautifully decorated.
I really love the casserole. Potates topped with cheese curd, hollandaise, caramelized onion, bacon, fried egg. Yumm. We also order the pancakes & add2$ extra for the fruits. Personally i just love it soak with maple syrup. & the tomato soup just gave me too much sour taste. But the coffee is not reach my liking. I ordered ice latte but i didnt like it.View more

Pour ce qui est des assiettes, les 2 pancakes étaient à 20$ mais faire un extra pancake c'était 6$ & on a vu que c'était les mêmes pancakes en question ! Donc beaucoup plus rentable 😂
Mais pour le benedicte & la casserole ON A ADORÉS ! C'était tellement bon! & surtout très copieux ! On a pas pu finir nos assiettes..
les repas sont entre 20 & 30$ avec taxes mais quand on y ajoute une boisson on est entre 30-40$ par personne :)

We tried this restaurant for brunch on a Sunday this summer. It was very hot outside &, despite all the open doors, also quite hot inside. The server was very friendly & attentive. There were several vegetarian options for both sweet & savoury tastes. We tried the french toast of the day (Nutella) & the pancakes. Both were a unique & unexpected experience. The pancakes were quite a bit more fluffy & sturdy than is typical. The french toast was perhaps not dipped in egg? Both were a bit dry. The portions are quite large & one dish could have sufficed both of us if we knew in advance. They sat us at the bench at the back of the restaurant, which had a lovely naturalistic view that was ideal for a calm experience.View more

Sunny's comes by the name rightfully - I was greeted with the sunniest welcome when I entered. The food was incredible. The brunch casserole, a breakfast take on poutine, was packed with flavor. The Pancake was so thick, & yet still fluffy, I didn't know such a thing existed. This small adorable diner contains mountains of flavor & personality.View more

This place is high in demand. Only managed to squeeze in because I went solo. Menu is on the pricier side. Atmosphere is well done, fresh & airy but still maintains that Diner vibe. I opted for the pancakes & they were a treat - they were big & fluffy just how I like'em. Service was nothing to complain about either.View more

One of the best breakfast diners in montreal, good food, the best pancakes & great staff & service. Seatings really cozy & comfortable & they always have great music, a little on the pricy side but its soooooo worth. Would highly recommend even if you dont live in the area, hell im from beaconsfield & i go a couple times a month.View more

Pancakes: the best pancakes I have ever had! They are fluffy but the way the chefs made it, it's also has a mild crunch on the outside. The toppings & maple syrup is nothing special but the pancake texture made the dish delicious. I would come back just for the pancakes. Croiwich: croissant sandwich containing eggs, lettuce, salad & a spicy mayo. The star of the dish is the homemade peppery sausage pattie, that has a great chewy texture. 15$ for the sandwich is a bit much, given the simple toppings, but it was still good. I asked for a salad on the side of my croiwich, & the staff brought me a very small 1.5 cup of greens with 3 drops of a sour vinaigrette & charged me 7$. The salad as a side didn't exist on the menu but they didn't think of telling me about the price either. Never ask for the salad as & extra at this place. The staff & service was great, it would have been nice for the waitress to let me know that the salad was going to cost me 7$ though (since it wasn't among the extras on the menu). Again, I would come back for the pancakes.View more

Cute & friendly spot in St Henri. Service is very friendly & attentive. The owner makes sure that patrons are comfortable & being catered for. Waiting time was adequate, we did not have to wait long to be seated nor to be served. The menu is unpretentious & straightforward. We ordered the pancakes, Croiwich, with sides of breakfast potatoes & breakfast sausage. Overall, food is well executed but could have used a bit more seasoning across the board. The Croiwich could have been served with a side for the price charged. The pancakes were fluffy but we found that more syrup was needed. Overall, the service was the highlight of our visit. It really reflected the "sunny" aspect of the diner :)View more

We ordered pancakes & eggs Benedict. We all really liked their pancakes, but the poached eggs on the Benedict were fully cooked & not runny at all. We also asked them not to add ham to it, but they did.
I asked them to bring my coffee with the food, & I received it well before the food arrived.
Finally, we were there for only an hour (from when we entered the place until when we paid the bill), & there was no one waiting to be seated, but three times they asked if we were done.View more

Went to this restaurant during my holiday in Montréal , as soon as you coming in there ‘s a super welcome & all the staff follow u till you are served .. after that the menu is so easy to read & u need just to wait for the delicious you have chosen . Anyhow I had my best pancake ever , huge one delicious .. so perfect .. & there’s something I really appreciate , once you are in you don’t want to go away , just because there’s a family feeling & that’s important.. told this I suggest everyone to get in & try it also to my Italian’s friend … do it do itView more
