Sumo Ramen est un restaurant qui sert des soupes aux nouilles japonaises & des plats japonais tel que le' tonkatsu' (porc panne au curry servi avec du riz blanc). Ce restaurant est situe au Quartier Chinois en plein Centre-Ville de Montreal entre les stations de metro Place d'Armes & Champs de Mars ligne orange STM.
Les enfants de mes amis ont bien aime leurs plats. J'irai essaye la prochaine fois. Au plaisir, Missy A.

6 étoiles sur 5. Tout ce qu'on a mangé était délicieux. Soupe wonton, Ramen porc avec miso, ramen poulet grillé, ramen crevettes tempura, ramen crevettes, dango, mochi crème de soja, mochi aux Haricots rouges,tout. Incroyable & très sympathique.

Delicieux ! C'est un restaurant a ramen mais ils prosent également des stapples de cuisine japonaise !! J'ai pris les takoyakis, le bao bun katsu, la soupe d'algue & les mochi crème glacée :) le seul reproche que je pourrais faire c'est qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de choix de saveurs pour les mochis : fraise matcha & mangue; & je n'aime ni la mangue ni le matcha ...

Wasn't the best ramen I've ever had but doesn't deserve a bad review either. It was like having a big Miso soup. Pork belly should be super tender, it was too chewy, almost like a steak. Curious to try out one of their curry tonkatsu dishes, though. The server was great. Go with a lot of money.

Sumo Ramen is one of the best Ramen, i've ever had in my life. The owner let us know that he ferments & makes his own Miso broth to put in the soup. He was very kind & knowledgeable about the food. The soup was beyond delicious. I hope I can visit Montréal soon just so I can come back ASAP!!❤?

Nous sommes passés devant & nous avons vue le gros bol géant de Raman (Décoration) & ma fille à dit oui 😋

Donc nous avons essayé 3 souper.

Décoration sympathique marient le style japonais traditionnel & moderne & contemporain.

Très jolie bols..verres & nourriture bien présenté.

Les ramen étaient excellente. Le bouillon Miso wow. Nouille bien cuite. Ingredients frait & belle qualité ! 🍲🍥🍜

Le poulet frit étaient délicieux & different de tout ceux que j'avais goûter. Un peut sucré & légèrement assaisonné. 🍗

Seule remarque légèrement négative serait le choix des crevettes pour les wonton (crevettes d'élevage selon mes papilles gustatives) sinon c'était très bon🙂 voir mes meilleurs Ramen jusqu'à maintenant.

Portion généreuse !
