Probably one of the best Ramen places in Montreal. Large variety of entrées, nice variety of rare ramen dishes like beef, shrimp, & kimchi ramen. Portion size is large with lots of noodles. Their kimchi is homemade & super delicious! Most places don't even have kimchi anymore. They also have homemade chili crisp with a bottle on every table, love that!
Highly recommend this place, go enjoy yourself there. It's totally worth it!
Exceptional staff who explained everything component of our Ramen bowl. Sake is home brewed & has a kick. Great place for warm soup & warmer hospitality. highly recommend!!!
Stopped in for ramen during our stay in Montreal (my favourite)! Sumo Ramen blew me away. I had a vegetable ramen with miso broth & my fiancé had the spicy beef stew ramen & we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The staff was super kind & let us in last minute for a bite to eat. I10/10 would recommend eating here. Gonna have to convince my fiancé to come back tomorrow!!!

Great Ramen, the shoyu broth was packed with flavour although I wish there was more of it, toppings were great too, boiled egg was cooked just right & both the unagi & pork belly were delicious. Definitely recommend
This place is an absolute gem! The staff is incredibly friendly they took the time to explain all the different ramen options & toppings, which made the experience even better. But most importantly, the ramen itself was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this spot & will definitely be coming back very soon!

Un restaurant réconfortant avec des repas qu'ils le sont tout autant. Il y a aussi de nombreux choix pour les gens végétariens.
Le service est super rapide, même sur l'heure du souper. Je recommende, surtout pour une date rapide entre amoureux ou un petit resto entre amis.
Wow, un vrai délice ! Même si je ne suis pas fan de miso, mon partenaire a pris une soupe miso qui était tout simplement exquise. Le miso, fermenté directement sur place, apporte une saveur incroyable.
Ma soupe ramen était tout aussi délicieuse, & j'ai pu y ajouter plusieurs ingrédients pour la personnaliser à mon goût.
Le service était à la fois rapide & attentionné, rendant l'expérience encore plus agréable.
Un vrai plaisir de découvrir cet endroit, je recommande sans hésitation !
Excellent tasty food. I went there with my son to have diner. We had a soup classique with pork & rice noodles, pork & beef dumplings, chicken brochettes. We also had a cheesecake & a fried bun for dessert. We found a very reasonable price for all this tasty amount of food. Pork dumplings were my favourites. My son loved the soup. & the staff is super nice. Highly recommend it.
The entrance is steeep but the food came out pretty fast around 1pm. The spicy beef had a good amount of beef pieces & the spice definitely had a kick. The miso also had a nice flavor , would recommend for a quick bite.
Première fois que je mangeais des ramens & je n'ai pas été déçu! Les ramens au boeuf épicé étaient excellents & bien proportionné pour un prix tout à fait correct pour la quantité. Le service fut d'une très bonne qualité & notre serveuse était très sympathique & aimable! Je recommande pour tous les fans de cuisine asiatique!!!
Sumo Ramen is one of my favorite places to eat ramen in Montreal. It has a cute little vibe, offers more than just ramens, & the service is quick. The ramens are really tasty, I would recommand any of them, depending on what you're feeling at that moment. From the previous years, they improved in terms of comfort with AC, which is a nice plus & makes the experience more enjoyable during hot weather. It's definitely a must try & I would heavily recommend. The price is very decent too.
