They allowed me to place a takeout order which they dont normally do so I was very appreciative of that. The beef stroganov was amazing very peppery & hearty. The side latkes are excellent as well as the julienned beet veggie side. My wife really enjoyed her mushroom krokiety. Would definitely come back again & dine-in next time. Highly recommended! We did takeout b/c we were traveling with our baby & one of us had to stay home & watch him.Voir plus
Great live music, atmosphere, service, food, & beverage, what's not to like?! Everything tastes hearty & great, but I strongly recommend the breaded beef roll & potato pancake! & the peach cobbler!Voir plus
This is the best restaurant I've been to in Montreal. I have gone twice now & will be coming back again. The food is authentic, good portions, & good prices. The atmosphere is also great especially with the live piano player. Service is on point, but honestly, I'm here for the culinary & atmospheric knockout, & this place delivers a TKO every time.Voir plus
Very cosy & authentic Polish food! The live music was also awesome!Voir plus

My family is of Polish heritage, & I was excited to introduce my children to a wider variety of the cuisine than they've had at family gatherings. Our youngest children (7 & 9) are quite picky, & they finished dinner by saying it was their favorite meal of our Montreal trip; that's saying a lot because they have had pizza & grilled cheese. 😆 The staff wasn't fazed in the slightest when our large family of 6 came in without a reservation. We'd have made one had we known the smaller size of the restaurant. We were seated promptly. Food came out rather quickly, despite most tables being full of patrons. Every single item we ordered was remarkable! A pianist started playing during the latter portion of our meal, which was a lovely touch. A sign posted outside the restaurant says that music is played daily starting at 6:00PM. Go because you love Polish food. Go because you appreciate considerate & competent wait staff. Go because you like listening to live music while you dine. Go because your chicken-nugget-&-butter-noodle kids will totally dig the kielbasa. Whatever your reason, just go. Stash is worth it!Voir plus
Legit polish food in the middle of Montreal. My wife's family is Polish. We've had lots of opportunities to enjoy polish cuisine. Stash Cafe's offerings held their own against the family recipes we were accustomed to. Really good, genuine Polish food.Voir plus

What a wonderful place to eat authentic Polish food or enjoy a drink & listen to the piano player.Voir plus
Probably my favorite restaurant in Montreal. The cheese/potato & the beef pierogis were in a league of their own. The pork kotlet was a chef's kiss. Best espresso martini I've had. The peach cobbler was incredible. Great pickle-back shots too. Would 100% go backVoir plus

Such a cute & cozy place! If you want to try some great polish food, this is the place to check out. Even for it being a Wednesday, it was quite busy & you can tell the severs were working hard. Because of the busy atmosphere, our order was initially deleted which resulted in a slightly longer wait. Due to this, we ended up getting free dessert for the trouble which was so nice of them to do. The service was fantastic & our waitress was very kind even when handing all the food, bar & cleaning all at the same time. If you're ever in Montreal, visiting here is a must ( just make sure to make a reservation)Voir plus
Amazing authentic Polish cuisine. For Eastern Europeans tourists - must visit restaurant in Montreal. Tastes like in childhood!Voir plus
Try the pierogies! They are amazing! I had the maple whiskey for dessert, crazy good. When I mentioned how much I liked it the waiter showed me the bottle & topped me off! Love this place!Voir plus
Wonderful Eastern European food served in an old building with cozy charm. Bar is limited, but what is available is pretty good. Service was friendly & efficient. The piano player added a nice feel to the already intimate setting.Voir plus
This is probably one of the best little gems in Montreal. Located in the old port of the city, it doesn't disappoint. Run by a nice family. Every-time I come here, I feel like I am eating a home cook meal. Feels like home, great atmosphere & always amazing food. The live piano player adds the cherry on top. I highly recommend this place.Voir plus
